Episode Title- "Ultima Lucha Dos-Part 1"
The show starts with video highlights of the lead up to Dario Cueto's "Unique Opportunity Tournament"
We are inside the Temple as Melissa Santos welcomes the audience to Ultima Lucha Dos. We cut to Matt Stryker and Vampiro who preview the "The Unique Opportunity" tournament.Back in the ring. The ring announcements are made for The Mack and Cage in the first semifinal.
Before the match can start. Dario Cueto comes out of his office and declares he wants a repeat of Cage and Mack's match from last year. So this upcoming match will now be a falls count anywhere match.
FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH
THE MACK VS CAGE
Cage hits an impressive looking drop kick and standing moonsault on Mack early on in the match. Eventually The Mack rallies and hits a flying cross body that takes both men to the floor. Cage arm drags The Mack into steps on the outside. He grabs a garbage can but Mack counters and uses it against Cage. Mack then powerslams Cage on top of it. The action spills into Dario Cueto's office. Cage regains the advantage by taking a framed picture off the wall and nailing The Mack with it. Action comes back to ringside and Cage sets chairs on the ground and power bombs Mack on top of them for a near fall.
Mack regains the advantage by utilizing stop signs, a guitar and then eventually pinatas. Mack double fists two cans of beer and attempts a Stunner but Cage counters. He then goes and sets up a table. Mack catches Cage off guard with a tool box and a steel chain. Mack double fists two more beers, connects on a stunner and then Mack nails a frog splash from the stands on to Cage and through the table but Cage kicks out...... Cage attempts to curb stomp Mack through a cinder block but he slips on beer on the outside, Mack rolls up Cage for the victory.
THE MACK DEFEATS CAGE BY PINFALL
Back from the commercial break. The next semifinal introductions are made in The Unique Opportunity Tournament. Once again, before the match can start. Dario Cueto comes out of his office and announces that when he sees a biker and a cowboy. He expects to see a bar fight. So he announces that this next match will be a "Boyle Heights Bar Fight"
SON OF HAVOC VS TEXANO
Good back and forth action to start the match before Havoc uses his aerial attack to take it to the outside. Havoc throws Texano through a door on the outside. Havoc finds a firefighter helmet and uses an extinguisher against him. Texano fights back, takes a swig of tequila at the bar at ringside and then tries to hit Havoc with a tequila bottle but the firemen helmet saves him. Eventually a bar stool comes into play as well as chairs as the action spills inside the ring. Havoc backdrops texano into the bar at ringside. Havoc grabs all the glass bottles into the ring and shatters all of them and then he grabs texano and springboards him into the shattered glass for the victory.

We are back from the break and Matt and Vampiro preview the next two weeks of "Ultima Lucha Dos".
UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FINAL MATCH
Once again, Dario Cueto is on the scene and promises that his "unique opportunity" is so "freaking great" that he is going to make this final match another falls count anywhere match.
THE MACK VS SON OF HAVOC
Mack gets off to a great start in this match with an impressive looking corkscrew off the top rope that leads to a near fall. Eventually the action spills to the outside. Both men battle back and forth on the outside. They both re enter the ring. Mack gets another near fall inside the ring but Havoc kicks out. Havoc battles back and hits a beautiful spring board plancha to the outside on Mack. He then tries to connect on a shooting star press but Mack lifts his knees at the last second and turns it into a pinfall attempt. Havoc kicks out to extend the match. A series of reversals and Havoc gets back to the top rope and this time connects with the shooting star press for the win.
SON OF HAVOC DEFEATS THE MACK BY PINFALL
As we go to break, we are told that Dario Cueto will reveal the unique opportunity that Havoc has won.
Back from the break. Dario Cueto and Black Lotus are in the ring. Cueto congratulates Havoc. He presents 250 thousand dollars in a briefcase to Havoc. Cueto offers Havoc the choice of main eventing Ultima Lucha Tres for the Lucha Underground Title or 250 thousand dollars. Havoc states that he wouldn't accept even 250 million dollars. He wants the shot at the world title at next years Ultima Lucha Tres. Dario Cueto tells Havoc that he can get his world title opportunity next year only if he can defeat his next opponent. If his opponent wins, he gets the 250K that was offered to Havoc initially.
Famous B arrives and announces that he has found a new client and he turns to reveal the name of Dr. Wagner Jr on his jacket. Doctor Wagner Jr makes his entrance to the ring for his Lucha Underground debut.
SON OF HAVOC VS DR. WAGNER JR.
Despite coming off of two grueling matches. Havoc gets the early advantage on Wagner. He builds momentum and then attempts to hit another shooting star press but Wagner moves out of the way, gets up and gives Havoc a "Doctor Driver" for the victory.
DR. WAGNER JR DEFEATS SON OF HAVOC BY PINFALL
Famous B, Brenda and DR.Wagner celebrate in the ring with their 250 thousand dollar prize as the show goes off the air.
