Will he head back to the WWE or would he join a different company? ROH, NJPW, Lucha Underground?

Probably ROH or New Japan. Only other company out there that could pay him is WWE and he's not going back there.

I don't see him returning to the WWE any time soon, especially after what happened and them completely "killing" any references to both him and AJ.
Most likely he'll go to ROH, which would be awesome considering the ovation he got after his last match there.

I would love for him to return to WWE, cause I'm a mark.
But I would love to see him in PWG as well.

He will either return to the WWE or NJPW. It will do ROH good if he returns there, but I don't think he will want to return to the indies if he is returning. he'll want to be on a big show, and if he doesn't clear things up with WWE, I see him in japan for sure.

I think Punk would sign with ROH on a limited contract. He'd probably negotiate his way into a very limited amount of appearances during hockey season and knowing the hard worker he is he'd take on more dates than he needed to during the rest of the year.

My guess is he'd do 3 to 5 or so NJPW matches, a PWG weekend event, 3 to 5 UK indy events, and 15-20 ROH shows.

I don't think he'd sign with NJPW full time. I don't think he'd want to be in Japan that much.

I just wanna see him in WWE again, but I want WWE to have to beg for him.
