July saw a number of changes here at XWA. Ian, our long-time Head Admin, needed to take a well-deserved break. And with activity starting to decline, Chilly took it upon himself to take the role of Head Admin for the time being. He came together with the other admins to talk about how to make this forum pick up its feet. It inspired some. In fact, the return of the Newsletter was something that was inspired. Chilly announced numerous things himself, so to spare those who already read it, more information about this whole endeavor can be found here.

As we begin August, one can hope that activity will increase once more. The admin team is working hard on coming up with more ways for the forum to increase in activity, both from current members and getting new ones.

July of 2015 was a month of change here in XWA. Three titles returned: the Tag Team Championships, the LionHeart Championship, and the Million Dollar Championship.

August 2015 Newsletter HSOIBLq

During Summer Sanitarium (which was broadcasted live from Phoenix, Arizona), Riley Williamson made his return, defeating Dracul du Murier. Danny Diamond also returned defeating Thomas Barnez, while the Northern Lights claimed the Tag Team Championships. Another return occurred in that of Mark Storey where he defeated James Best. A newcomer by the name of Bruce Benjamin shocked the XWA Universe in his second match here in XWA by defeating Dante Cross for the XWA Intercontinental Championship! And in the main event, Razor Xtreme defended his XWA World Heavyweight Championship against Number One Contender, Greg Samuel, in a Ladder Match that has many people talking about it being match of the year!

August 2015 Newsletter 6sLPoul

Vendetta #114 saw the announcement of the Million Dollar Chamber Match at Revolutionary Wars 7, with Mark Storey and Azrael qualifying for the match. The main event had Dante Cross regaining the Intercontinental Championship from Bruce Benjamin in a No-Disqualification Match.

Moving forward: XWA also hopes to build towards a stable tag team division. Additionally, Revolutionary Wars 7 is shaping to be something great and what is sure to be more excitement as we are slowly approaching XtremeMania season.

H2H Kicks Off with Two Great Weeks of Action; Denver MickNuggets show they mean business!

|| July saw the start of the inaugural Head 2 Head fantasy wrestling season, compromising of 15 brand new teams looking to take home the $/£30 video game gift card prize!

After the first two game weeks, so far two teams have been leaving the competition behind in terms of their performances during the matches; The Denver MickNuggets (MFiSG) and the Acheron Xenomorphs (Storey). The MickNuggets put on two impressively dominating performaces in Weeks 1 & 2, defeating Bionis Monados (TJ) 102 -37 and Metal Lands Anti-Precursors (Riley) 99 - 27 respectively. With a combined total of 201 game points for and only 64 against, the MickNuggets' 137 GPD points them firmly in the lead, tied on points with Acheron Xenomorphs. ||

Scoring Record Made; Smashed the Following Week

|| The Denver MickNuggets, in Game Week 1, scored a massive 102 points in their first game. This was the first official record of the highest score by one team in a match. However, it didn't last long, for in Game Week 2 the Kanto Mews (Snoopz) put on an impressive score against the Smurfville Bliggas, scoring a record 107 in a game! With a reserve swap into the starting line up leading up to the match, the extra 4 points from Kofi Kingston (on what would have been Ryback's 0 points due to injury), meant the Mews were further clear of the record than they would have done anyway.

The question now is: will this score last or will it be smashed once again on August 3rd? ||

Trade Watch

|| With a few teams struggling already at the bottom of the standings and August 3rd marking the opening of the very first trade window, now might be a good time to start thinking about some possible fresh faces in your team. With the arrival of Kevin Owens, Charlotte, Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch to the main WWE roster, these are just 4 names for everyone to consider having in their team. Also, with WWE touting there to be a "Divas Revolution" going on, the Divas involved are actually scoring more points each week than most of the male roster. So would anyone take a potential gamble and include TWO Divas in their team, instead of just one? Food for thought.

A few teams have also earned some nice Kickback dollars to their bank accounts (Game Week 2's yet to be calculated, as of writing). So how will that affect things come the first trade window? Could a team put it to good use and replace a few of their roster, or will they wait to add the money up from future Kickback money and actually add further to their team, boosting their reserve lineup for when there are no trade windows?

The first Trade Window will open at 12 AM on Monday August 3rd. For any trades to count, please state them in your roster thread. Trades stated elsewhere shall not count. Also, any trades made before Raw goes on the air on August 3rd, WILL count, but must be posted in your team's thread. Any trades made during Raw will count to Game Week 4.

Happy trading! ||

Fantasy Football season is starting and 16 hopeful members are once again competing to become the next XWA Fantasy Football champion!

It’s time to get excited for the league that has been an integral part of XWA since 2009 when JHalc became the first ever winner on the site. We have seen a few members come out as champion since then, including Burdur (2x), Asian, Pops, and most recently Mexicano. Mexicano impressively turned around a 0-3 start last season and never lost a game after that point! He went onto finish the season 9-3-1 as the #1 seed and then proceeded to steamroll through the playoffs, finally defeating Red Sox in the end for the championship. Mexi now comes into 2015 as the defending champ and looks to take on many of the same members he defeated last season that are looking for redemption.

This year we also have JAY and Broski making their returns after not taking part last year and Moose making his first appearance in the league. August will include much anticipation for the upcoming season when the major annual draft takes place! It is a major event to look forward to in August as it can make or break peoples’ chances before the season even begins.

Interviewer: Myke (Inhaleminati)
Interviewee: Chilly (Dat Chilly)
Editor: Myke (Inhaleminati)

Myke: Chilly, I'd like to start off this interview by thanking you for being my first interviewee. We're going to start this off with some personal questions, but nothing too personal that will make you uncomfortable.

Chilly: Thanks for having me! Honoured to be the first guest on the return of the XWA Newsletter.

Myke: I'd figured we'd start with a potentially interesting question, depending on your answer. What is something that nobody at XWA knows, or barely anybody knows, about you?

Chilly: Well, I'm a fairly open guy to everyone that is currently on or has been a major part of this forum. Many people, however, may not know that I am in-fact a woman... shifty Jk jk. Nah, really, in real life I am a very reserved person. I suppose I could be described as an introvert, but at the same time, I am a sociable person. I spend a lot of my time with my own company (which can sound pretty pathetic, really) as I've never been a person that goes out to parties and nights out to get drunk. Because of that, I've had my attention divert to other activities. I'm a nature lover, so I do enjoy having walks in the countryside.

I also, since literally I can remember, have had a fascination with railways. Now, I'm not one of those type of people that sits in a railways station taking down train numbers, but I'd always had a passion for them. I am currently in the planning stages of creating a large model railway in my back garden, via a shed! Fairly certain I've told three people in total about this, so now everybody knows lol Smile

Myke: Very interesting. I can relate in a way. Not to the railway thing, but that's still cool nonetheless. I hope you enjoy that project. Care to share how you got the nickname "Chilly"?

Chilly: I think most know this and it's not that interesting really; Chilly is my nickname in real life, since my surname is Chilver. Literally on my father's side has "Chilly" or "Chilli" as their nickname, mainly the latter spelling. I decided to go with the Y version, because why not, and it stuck with me throughout my whole school life... so much so, I'm not joking, most people who weren't considered close friends at the time, didn't know my first name was David as nobody ever called me it Funny

Myke: Well now everybody knows! That doesn't mean to call him David, everybody. He's still our Chilly. If not "Chilly", what would your general username on the site be?

Chilly: Oh God, I've never really thought about it. Probably something terrible in relation to Shawn Michaels. I'd probably used something generic and then once I used David Michaels as a fed name for so long, I would have used that. Either that or Deathlock... which was a terrible wrestling character name I had as a child lol.

Sexy McSandwich isn't too shabby either Cool

Myke: Considering people already refer to you as "Sexy", we'll probably go for that as the more acceptable name haha. What do you do outside of XWA for a living?

Chilly: Well, I currently don't have a job, but I've been on a Psychology Degree course for the past several years and am aiming to take some relevant other qualifications in order to become a counselor in the not-to-distant future. Unfortunately, I've had to deal with a lot of personal issues in recent years (and in general since I was about 7), so I've been held back and also made some wrong and immature choices down the line. But I've kept positive and really hope to help people out there that are in real need of it, even if it's just a person that will listen to them, because it's a harsh world out there for many.

Myke: Well you certainly are a smart individual, so despite issues in the past, you seem to have a general grasp on where you want to go and what you want to do. So I congratulate you, and I hope you enjoy your degree. Speaking about intelligence, that can also relate to talent. You're obviously talented at making graphics. So what is your preferred program and how long have you been making graphics?

Chilly: Thank you for the compliment there and I appreciate you well wishes.

In regards to graphics, I've been doing them since roughly 2009. XWA only had one graphics guy, at the time, and he wasn't very active at all to be fair. I had already fiddled around with this program called Fireworks when I was at school, so I started doing the odd thing on there. Eventually I decided to get a copy of Photoshop CS2, I believe it was, and taught myself how to make graphics. I've had virtually every copy of Photoshop since then and it's really the only tool to use for what we recognize as graphics. I've used GIMP in the past, but it's awful as far as I am concerned... but it is free, so it's good for some people.

Right now, I have a student edition of Photoshop CS6. This I bought outright, as it was cheaper being for students, and will probably be the last copy I use as Adobe have gone down the subscription route for their software now, which is stupid IMO. I prefer to outright own my software.

Myke: Huh. Well it appears you're a natural at it. I honestly pegged you to have been using the programs longer. Alright, well that concludes the personal questions. Now it's time to learn about some wrestling aspects, since we are on a wrestling site after all. Who is your current favorite wrestler? Current meaning someone who actively wrestles. And then: who is your all-time favorite wrestler?

Chilly: Currently, my favourite wrestler is EC3: Ethan Carter III, wrestling in TNA. Over the past year, I've been completely sold on him as a talent. He's solid in the ring, has charisma oozing out of him every time he's on camera and is just beyond funny. He manages to do utterly goofy stuff, yet pulls it off wonderfully. I am seriously pleased that he is the TNA World Champion right now and I could watch anything he's involved with. I hope TNA continues to use him correctly, as he's one of the very few characters they've built from scratch themselves and actually managed to put him into the main event picture... and looks legitimate.

Now, my all time favourite... well, if people don't know this already, they have not been paying attention. HBSHIZZLE! HBSHIZZLE! HBSHIZZLE! Yes, "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels is my all time favourite wrestler, especially pertaining to his original run before he screwed his back over. I can watch literally anything of his and be glued to the TV, even if I've seen it a billion times before. He's THAT amazing to me.

Myke: Do you think EC3 will ever go to the WWE? Actually, would you ever want him in WWE?

Chilly: Well, he was orginally there as Dereck Bateman in NXT. I've seen literally nothing of that run, but I've heard he was pretty good. As far as if I'd want him to return, no, not at all. Firstly, because I prefer to watch TNA (despite their widespread hate) so I'd prefer the character on their show and secondly, they wouldn't 'get' the character. Of course, if he was in the WWE, he wouldn't be EC3, they'd portray him as some cocky rich kid... and then he'd get buried after a few months. It's the way WWE works these days.

He'd be far better staying in TNA. They get the character and clearly see massive potential in him.

Myke: From that answer, I think I know the answer to this next question, but I'll still ask because I may be wrong. If you could only watch one company of wrestling for the rest of your life, who it would be and why? (WWE, TNA, ROH, etc..)

Chilly: TNA. Easily. If in we are taking the companies of what they are right now, I enjoy TNA far better. Of course, they are not perfect, but I don't really know what is. I started watching them around about when Sting joined them full time. I wasn't too regular, but I'm a big Sting fan, so naturally I took a look. Once they started to get more and more closer to the WWE, I watched them permanently. When they tried... and failed... to recreate the Monday Night Wars deal, I watched on a permanent basis from that point forwards and made sure not to miss anything.

Now if we went back in time, I'd watch Attitude Era WWF. That's my favourite period and was brought up on it, so everything after it, even TNA, is sub par in my mind.

And lol, I've seen about 30 minutes of one ROH episode like 7 years ago. It sucked xD #ItsOnlyMyOpinion

Myke: Moose is probably going to call you out on that. Be prepared for the Nugget barrage. But we're not here to talk about you and Moose going toe-to-toe. With that being said, how many live-events have you attended?

Chilly: I have gone to a total of 2. One in 2010 (could be wrong), I think it was, when Jack Swagger was Champion. It was a SmackDown! one. Looking back, it was kinda meh, but it was my first ever wrestling event, so I had a blast. I went to a second one a few years later, this time an Impact Wrestling Live event in the same arena in Manchester. Being a TNA mark, I had a true blast at that one. Can't recall which year, but it was the one where Hulk Hogan and Sting were billed to appear. They tagged together with James Storm, so that was amazing. I actually have some photos, albeit rubbish quality, and a couple of vids that I've never uploaded. Maybe I might one day, if anybody cares enough.

Myke: Oh look at that nice transition. Did you know what question I was going to ask? You said the two magic words: "Hulk Hogan". So the final wrestling-related question is: what is your take on the whole Hulk Hogan racism situation?

Chilly: Eh, I haven't gone too far into it, with the million news stories. I've popped some jokes on the forum and posted some memes about it, but that's it really.

From what I've read, he said some terrible racist remarks in some taped video in like 2008 or whenever... and for whatever reason, they've only just been made public. Honestly, what he said was awful and he was an utter moron for doing it on camera... or even not on camera. Hogan isn't someone I'll ever understand or relate to; he's one of these people in their own world. Like, at the moment, he's retweeting people on Twitter that are supporting him... but are actually fake tweets with famous football/soccer stars over here saying they support him xD How he can be THAT stupid, is beyond me. He'd do best to just stop tweeting, stop talking, and let everything cool off.

Just because you're the best icon in the history of wrestling, doesn't mean all this will be swept under the carpet. He needs a better PR guy, that's for sure.

Beyond that, I've never been high on his stuff. Of course, he's of a different generation, so that's a big factor. I find him boring in general though... sorry Bull.

Myke: Well, look at you making enemies. First Moose and now Bull. Both animals. Risky business you got going there. And it kind of transitions into our next topic, because it involves enemies and fighting. Fed-Related questions! Who was your first e-fed character?

Chilly: My first e-fed character was "The Knightmare" Snake, who is actually David Michaels, but with facepaint. It lasted less than a year in its time in XWA, but was real fun. He was basically a Sting ripoff with a lot of personality. I managed to get him as RSD Champion, within the first few months of even e-fedding in general, and almost won the Tag Titles with Nate on a couple of occasions.

I had another with DM as Snake in TNL, but in general, I don't think I ever did enough with that character. Unfinished business? nervous

Myke: Who was your favorite opponent? Can be answered as either fedder or character.

Chilly: Oh, good question! I've pretty much faced everyone that's considered top level over the years in XWA. But, my absolute favourite, as a character was Robert Hope last year. Man, I've never had so much fun in a rivalry as I did with Kani. We put so much time and effort into that rivalry, we literally couldn't stop coming up with ideas. I think we did a great job, without blowing my own trumpet, with the whole thing and others seemed to really enjoy reading it.

I think it faded a tad due to Kani getting busy in our Hell in a Cell match, but hopefully my effort ended it nicely. I don't think I could produce that again.

I'd also say fedder-wise Kani was also my favourite to face. I get along so well with that guy, I consider him a legitimate friend, so it was an honour to type out promos with him on Google Docs.

Myke: Yes, those are definitely memorable reads. What was your favorite match?

Chilly: I'll do this two-fold; favourite all time match was actually from SIW. It was a crazy 5 team Tables, Ladders and Chairs match for the SIW World Tag Team Titles. Mick, as DC Hennig, was my partner and the only other team worth mentioning in the other 5 was Death Sentence aka JHalc and Evan Flare. We worked our socks off for that match, adding whatever we could even up to the very last moments. We managed to pull out the win and were overjoyed to win tag titles together. Both of us were not long off reinventing our characters and forming the DxWo, so it was really meaningful to us.

Unfortunately, for whatever reason, rumours started circling that we rigged the match (because I was the owner of SIW). I strongly presume that the rumours started from Megaman and/or Digg getting in other members of SIW's ears, but I can swear on my family's life that it was not rigged at all.

But yeah, that was my favourite match. XWA-wise, I truly enjoyed my match I wrote against Caleb back at Vendetta #25 to win my first World Title. Caleb, unfortunately, no showed but I put up my best effort. I didn't know he would no show, so it was still a top match that I produced. I attempted to make a WrestleMania atmosphere on Vendetta 25, which we treated pretty big at the time, as 25 episodes of a show that had due dates that last almost a month at times, was a huge milestone. I don't have any copy of that match anymore, which saddens me, as I'd like to have that one.

Myke: Alright everyone, your job now is to find Vendetta #25. It's gotta be there somewhere. Make it happen. Make Chilly's day! Although, to put you on the spot right now, if you could invent a title right at this very moment, what would it be?

Chilly: You really have put me on the spot with that lol. Errrmmmm... a crossbreed between the X-Division and Hardcore Division. I have zero idea how the hell it would work, but it'd be awesome, I'm sure.

Hard-X Division. Sounds like a gay porn film Cool

Myke: I don't think I'll ever ask that question again, haha. Hard-X Division. I hope Greg is reading this. Here's a simple one to end the fed-questions: do you prefer writing single matches, multi-man matches, or stipulation matches?

Chilly: On a regular basis, singles matches by far. I think writing stip and stip match is just simply boring to do and I'm glad XWA stopped that style of booking back on the old site. My favourite match to write in general is Hell in a Cell. I LOVE writing in that match, as I try to make it as realistic but deadly as possible. I see that as my trademark match, but again, I wouldn't want to write that match on a regular basis.

Multi-man matches can be fun, but when it's like above 4 people, it can get really confusing. That TLC match I mentioned earlier was just chaos; keeping a check on what the Hell you just wrote was hard and even how to present it. That's a key problem for me with multi-man matches; there is usually two or more matches actually happening at once, so do you just provide select pieces of action that would be shown on TV? Or do you almost stop time and describe every little thing that happens, meaning you actually can go back in time by several minutes to describe it. Not my cup of tea, even though it is doable.

Myke: Oh boy. Excellent answer there and was more than I was expecting. I was trying to keep that one simple for you, haha. But still, excellent answer regardless. It lets people know more about you. Well, we're on our last part of the interview, although it does have the most questions. The section being XWA as a site. We'll start with an easy one: how long have you been with XWA? And how did you come across XWA?

Chilly: I have been in XWA since later 2008 and my good ol' buddy, MFiSG, was the one to get me to the site. He did the literal only piece of site advertising in his life and got one member: me! Who would have thought we'd end up literally best buddies from that point? xD

I was on this shitty forum called Get Chained. It was some forum that was a combined one for those naff (British slang for rubbish, crap, stupid) wrestler fan sites you come across. I was the only active person, so as soon as I saw XWA after Mick linked, I jumped ship and never signed into the crappy website again lol.

Myke: Hahaha. I'm sorry but "Get Chained" sounds like some BDSM site. And it probably is. How long have you been admin?

Chilly: I was first made admin in XWA in early 2009 and have been on the admin team several times over the years, when I haven't been off the site doing my own thing with SIW and TNL.

With this site, since the turn of the year. Ian wanted me to do something in the ACP and said he'd make me admin if I did it. I thought he was joking, and just said I'd do it. I was never demoted Funny

Myke: Oh, Ian. Great ways to make people admin. Not even joking: he chose you because you had ACP knowledge it appears. And it was clearly a great choice. Do you enjoy being the temporary Head Admin?

Chilly: Yes and no. Yes because I really want to take this site forwards and show people that it should be THE place we all hangout, because when people sign-in in their numbers, nowhere is rocking like XWA... and no because I've been here before running forums and it's pretty damn draining. I haven't got to that stage yet, but I'm sure it will come.

Honestly, I'm just happy people, including the admin team, accepted it when I pushed myself into the position. If I just keep the place afloat until Ian gets back in charge, then I'll be happy.

Myke: You're doing a fine job at it too. The leader positions are always the worst, to be perfectly honest. What do you like most about being admin? How about least?

Chilly: I like being trusted enough to be able to be put on the team. Ian must have seen something in me to put me on the admin team, once more, so that's the best thing... oh and I like helping others with difficulties on the forum. I always try to be on top of that when I can.

Least... well, it can be a lot of pressure at times. Like, I've stepped up on my own, initially, and I was worried the rest of the team would be all like "lol STFU and sit down, Chilly. You ain't doing shit!" but they didn't. I also hate the coding/HTML side of it all. I got my head around it on TNL, but I'm still terrible. I'm never touching that part again <_<

Also keep a fine balance on the forum is hard. I don't want to be like a police man around the place, but I don't want people to get uncomfortable. So that can be annoying as, sometimes, you can come across as a hypocrite, even when you mean the up most best.

Myke: Well it's time to see if we'll add anymore enemies to your list then, which in turn will make your job even more stressful. Because favoritism! Who is your XWA best friend?

Chilly: MICKSTERMCMICKCHICKENSANDWICH!

I've never called him that in my life, so that's now a thing xD Mick is my all-time best buddy over the interwebs. I was so damn thrilled that he returned to XWA and we have been closely talking ever since. He's one of those people I truly wish I knew in real life. We have so much in common and have great fun together. He's also the funniest dude I know; if you have a funny comment to make, Mick will one up it in the next post, he's so damn funny. We've been through a lot together over the years, thanks to this site and it's former owners, but hey... what didn't kill us, only made us stronger friends. I hope to stay in contact with him for the rest of my life.

Also like to shout out Jay and Kani. Without them, my time on this wrestling community might have ended a while ago when Mick stopped being around. They are also best friends of mine and have helped through really rough times. I only wish they were on the site more, as they bring a lot to place. I hope to stay in contact with them for the rest of my life, too. Love you guys.

Myke: This is where a "Ha! Gayyy!" smiley would go. Nah, just playing. Who do you miss the most that either no longer comes onto our site, or never joined this particular version of it?

Chilly: I'd say Jay, really. I know he comes on the chat like once a month and then tells everyone he likes cock, or something Funny , but I miss his attitude around the place on a regular basis. I'm not entirely sure why he left altogether. We left the bad times on the old site, which incidentally he killed, so it should have been a fresh start for him... but it seems that I was the one keeping him around. So when I went away for a few months last year, he basically shut the door on the place. I've suggested that he returns, but I guess he's moved on. He's on other RP sites I've never signed up upon. I've seen him posting around at that place he co-founded and it's odd seeing him chatting away to people I've never even seen before.

But it's whatever, I guess. As long as he's happy, then that's cool.

Myke: Jay is a good guy, from what I know. It'd be nice to have him back. If you had absolute control of the site, what would you rename the site as?

Chilly: Oh man. Well, this is something I've been actively trying to get pushed through, but no one either comes up with a decent name or agree on any name. PWUnderground I think came the closest so far and TJ came up with a decent name, that I can't remember, but it was already taken as a domain.

For me, I'd go somewhere along the lines of ProWrestling-Fanzone (.com). Anything that starts with 'wrestling' is already taken, unless it's terrible, so 'pro' added onto it is kinda the only realistic option. If I could, it would just be Wrestling-Fanzone or Wrestling-Universe. But I don't know if we'll ever get to change it at all, as nobody wants to agree/gives a damn <_<

Myke: You are the temporary Head Admin. Why not just go "YOU KNOW WHAT?!" and change it?

Chilly: Because I don't want to piss Ian off, if he actually is going to return. Plus I don't have the money to pay for it; I'm using that for the H2H winner. I'd go ahead and change it, but without a domain, there is no point whatsoever.

The site cannot remain as XWA-Universe, though. It needs to be a new name and XWA is just our e-fed section. It makes so much sense from an advertising perspective and a wrestling fans' one, too.

Myke: Fair enough, fair enough. What is your favorite aspect of XWA? (The fed, the forum games, the members, etc..)

Chilly: Once upon a time, it was the fed. I once stated in some other site interview, back on the old site, that I wouldn't stick around if it wasn't for the fed. That is no longer true. I like just being around people that have fun. Sometimes this place has been hard to come onto due to arguments, but the rest of the time it can be a really fun place. Talking about wrestling, for me, is great because I've never known really anyone in real life that watches it. So sharing opinions is great.

Overall, though, I'd say the 'wrestling features' section I like a lot. Obviously I've started H2H and put a lot of time into it, but I like the other two fantasy games we run there as well. When those things are active, it's great fun. I hope more join in as I think they can be major staples for the site moving forwards.

Myke: To be honest, I think we should actually expand on some games; they really are fun. And now for the final question: Where do you see XWA in five years?

Chilly: I genuinely believe we'll be bigger: forum and community wise. We won't be enormous, but I think we'll steadily grow into some better than we are now. I hope we have a new name by then, that's for sure, and we've managed to get some fresh new regulars on the site.

I imagine a few of the people we know now will have gone into the distance, either due to real life commitments or losing interest in wrestling. Regardless, this community, despite it's ups and downs, has managed to stick around for over seven years now which is pretty impressive, when you think about it.

I bet the site will look a lot different; looking back 5 years previous, the original XWA looked really amateurish compared to what Ian has made it into now, so I hope our visuals advance further. I also hope we become a known proper wrestling community and not just seen as an e-fed, which we currently are. Our horizons will have expanded, I believe.

Myke: That's a good response and I hope it comes to that too. Well, that concludes the interview. Thank you for it. Is there anything else you'd like to say?

Chilly: Firstly, thanks for taking the time putting together this Newsletter once again. I was thrilled when you said you wished to bring it back. Secondly, I hope from here on out XWA becomes a fun place once more and an active one, at that. Too many people take the forum for granted. Without it, and most don't realise it, we'd be missing something pretty cool. Yes, we can all talk on Skype or even email one another, but it's not really the same. Each of us have a unique personality and the forum brings that out in us. I've seen all my buddies develop as people since we all joined this place and I think we have strong bonds because of it.

So I hope everyone comes together and brings this place back to where it belongs. I guarantee you, you'll NEVER find another place like XWA on the internet; other places just are not the same.

Also, I love you all and I am damn sexy. I need some KFC walk

Excellent job, Myke. Hopefully I get to be interviewed some time in the future. OMG! Chilly's answers were very interesting.

And, of course, the whole thing in general was well done. Very good way to keep new members up to date on what's going on.

I read through that quick Indifferent

This is a great thing to have for so many reasons. Glad it's back. It's also nice that Chilly sent a mass PM about it. For new members, it could be a way to catch up on things going on in the site. Really great work, Myke!

Love everything about this, especially that interview.

On a side note, Chilly's match at V25 was the first match I read to try and improve myself as a fedder. It was a great match and one of the few I read multiple times. I even remember how it started, Caleb darted to the ring and they instantly got into a brawl via a thesz press and they both rolled around the mat punching each other till they ended up rolling out of the ring.

I actually re-read the whole thing again, and realized the Fantasy Football league could be a bit better. The only thing I will point out is that Jhalc isn't participating in the Fantasy League this year (he participated last year). But yeah Broski is returning and Moose is making a debut. YO Idk who gave the information, but there could be a bit more thorough information about it, more specific, a short history of each current participant, what happened last year and so forth.

I was also going to propose monthly awards along with this but I don't know if you plan on doing that as separate.

It literally says Burdur wrote the article haha. I don't know anything about it, so I'm having the guy who runs it give me the stuff.

True I should've went more in-depth about last season. But I said I'd do a short one for this month and then have more to say for future editions (about the actual season results as they occur). This one was just like a little trailer for what's to come. Funny

I can do a little bit of each team's history for the September edition because that's when I'll also break down peoples' drafts, rate peoples' teams, make predictions, etc.

Also I didn't say anything about JHalc being in it this year. I aint bothered The information is completely accurate, just not a whole lot.
