It's the worst movie I have seen in a long time. Almost ever. No movie has ever hurt me as a person quite like this movie. I feel like used condom that the movie came in. Like, it sucked so bad that it created a suck vortex and will consume the whole universe. We on Earth only have 17 days left to live.

I didn't think it was going to be good anyway

It's honestly the worst movie I've ever seen I think. And I'm not being dramatic. I love to tell tall tales, but this should be either burned or showed in museums as humanity's biggest shame. Or used as an example in movie making schools as what not to do. In every way it's awful.

I have it downloaded and will be seeing it this weekend. Gotta get me through till Insidious next week.

It's BAD. My girlfriend saw me actually physically hurting from this movie. And I am a bit of a critique, but this movie just pushed every button I could ever have. The scary parts in the first half are scary, their are some decent freakouts and some good jumpscares, but after that.... welcome in the comedy relief and CGI that could have been outdone in 1982 when the original came out. It's sad.

Not compared to Paranormal Activity. That movie and the franchise are utter fucking garbage.

That franchise is literally the same thing just over the span of 5 movies. And by literally the same, it brings nothing NEW to the table.

Between the acting, plot, CGI, the acting again, the pacing, the movie-reasoning, the forced situations, the unrealistic characters, the acting, the movie not knowing what it wanted to be, plot points that don't go anywhere, and it's just.... bad. Like, to it's core. It was trying to outdo Hitler's wrongs just by existing.

And the fact that it didn't have to be made at all. If you don't have a good idea for a remake, don't make it....

Like, it was just the worst excuse to make a movie ever. The product placement through most of it was about as subtle as Chilly's assless chaps. Only the implication was that I was being bent over in this situation.

I have a theory that actually makes the movie make a little more sense but it's only a theory and includes a LOT of spoilers. And it's so weird and funny of an explanation but it fits so well that it freaks me out.

I almost went to see this in theaters... already planned to with some friends but then one of them suggested Mad Max and we watched that instead.

Dodged a bullet I guess.

Was planning on maybe watching it online at some point but I might pass on watching it completely now.
