MATCH 5.) Minkaro vs. Jared Jerusalem Empty
PostSubject: Re: MATCH 5.) Minkaro vs. Jared Jerusalem   MATCH 5.) Minkaro vs. Jared Jerusalem EmptyFri Jan 23, 2015 7:55 pm

Heres the best I could do. Sorry Mink. I've been having writer's block lately.  I had you win in my match cause it seemed unfair to do a shitty match Neutral

The bell rings, signaling the start of this bout. The audience floods the arena with mixed emotions for both men. The two combatants circle around the squared-circle, the traditional way to start a pro-wrestling match. Jerusalem and Minkaro outstretch one of their arms, reaching out to each other in a contest to show their technical prowess. The two lock their fingers in a firm grip. The fans focus their attention to this bout of technicians. They begin to clap, ordering for a switch of positions from these two Brits. Jared Jerusalem's manager, Empress cheers for her man from the outside. Suddenly The Bionic Technician shows why he has that nickname, by switching gears to another hold. Within a blink of an eye, he travels from the intertwined clutch of hands to swiftly heading behind his foe and wrapping his arms around his opponent's mid-section. The Piece of Eden tries to struggle out of his sticky predicament, hopping up in a feeble attempt to escape. Right then, Minkaro lifts his fellow British native up and plants him tummy first on the canvas. The Technical Messiah shows his skill again by switching from the midsection clutch to crawling towards his adversary's head, then grabbing ahold of it. Now Minkaro's body is laying on his stomach, his feet pointing to the opposite position where Jared's feet are facing to - all the while keeping a choke like hold on Jerusalem's head and neck in an amateur wrestler's way. The Shrewsbury Native continues to dominate the XWA LionHeart Champion by performing a gator roll to the left to disorient him. Empress watches on from outside looking distressed with her hands covering her own mouth. The Pioneer Anomaly lifts his knees up, letting it rest on the mat. He then gets up a peg, slowly getting up to a vertical base while keeping his clutches on the dizzy Jared Jerusalem. The Pioneer Anomaly rests Double J, getting him to lean against the ropes in preparation for some sort of move. He then makes a “Shhhh!” sound, making people believe that he might go for a slap. Minkaro raises his arm up in preparation for that wicked palm slap to the chest, but instead of doing that, Minkaro just pokes Jerusalem’s chest in mockery. This fumes The Piece of Eden’s anger and actually helps him to burst back to life. He shoves his opponent away and whacks him right perfectly at the chin with a superkick! However Minkaro manages to stick to his feet, spinning around and hitting an amazing discuss clothesline that causes both combatants to fall to the mat.

Ted Cedar: OH MY GOD! HOW DID HE DO THAT!? WHAT A SEQUENCE!

Joey Miles: It’s not over yet! Come on Jerusalem!

Ted Cedar: Minkaro for the cover!

ONE!

TWO!

THR-KICKOUUT!

A close call there from these two British natives. The Metal Messiah may have not done enough to finish off his foe. He picks up Jerusalem with ease and irish-whips him to the nearest corner. Minkaro runs after his fellow Englishman and tries to knock him out with a running boot.  The Twisted Mind goes for the attempt but misses terribly, getting his legs stuck on top of the turnbuckles. The Self Proclaimed Savior of XWA luckily dodged, lunging out of the way at the last second. The Hypocrite Hunter finally gets some time to rest. He shakes his head to feel less light-headed and stands back up. Minkaro finally pulls his leg out of his stuck position, wiggling his legs a little to get some blood flow back there. The Great Malevolence charges after the Shrewsbury native. As Jared nears Minkaro, The Bionic Technician throws The Piece of Eden over his head. Jerusalem almost lands outside of the ring, but luckily safely touches the top of the apron outside with his feet. Though he almost lost balance and fell, he still manages to hang on the ropes and land on top of the apron. Minkaro turns around to see a ducked down Jared Jerusalem. The former XWA LionHeart Champion shoulder blocks The Pioneer Anomaly directly at the mid-section, causing Minkaro to lean forward and walk backwards due to the force of the hit. Jerusalem uses the ropes to slingshot himself and flip forwards, using the bent down Minkaro’s back to slide safely to the canvas. Double J turns around and grabs the former 2WWF LionHeart Champion from behind by wrapping his arms around Minkaro’s waistline.

Suddenly the lights go out! (Yeh this is the part where I got lazy)
The lights go back on. Jerusalem can be seen laying on the floor with Minkaro laying on top of him. A confused referee hesitates for a second, seeing Jared Jerusalem's brother Mike Mecca on the corner.

ONE!

TWO!

THREE!

DING DING DING!

MATCH 5.) Minkaro vs. Jared Jerusalem Empty
PostSubject: Re: MATCH 5.) Minkaro vs. Jared Jerusalem   MATCH 5.) Minkaro vs. Jared Jerusalem EmptySun Jan 25, 2015 2:53 pm

After his harsh words for those in attendance, Minkaro could be forgiven for expecting to be roundly booed as he awaited his return match.  Instead, given that his opponent is the arrogant and vastly unpopular Jared Jerusalem, he finds himself the subject of a “Minkaro!” chant.  A sullen scowl hovers around his features, causing Jerusalem to chuckle, believing that his opponent’s mind is already elsewhere.  The two men’s attentions are soon directed towards the man in the black and white shirt, who calls them to meet in the centre of the ring.  The referee informs them that he wants a clean match, more in hope than in expectation, and signals for the bell to ring.  That sound is the cue for both men to adopt their fighting stances, slightly crouched with arms outstretched, each man prepared for the other to make the first move.   The ice is broken by Jared Jerusalem, who darts forwards into a roll, taking him under a hasty clothesline attempt from a startled Minkaro.  The roll takes him through to a run, allowing The Piece of Eden to rebound off the ropes and approach his opponent with speed.  What Jared had planned remains unknown, as Minkaro is swift of thought enough to side-step the onrushing athlete, who displays his own cunning by adjusting his plan of action to flip forwards into a handstand, his back greeting the ropes once more, this time in a handspring motion that sees him once more alongside the returnee, using his momentum to grab Minkaro’s wrist and drag him overhead in an Arm Drag.  Minkaro is able to roll through and end up on his feet, but he is clearly perturbed by the athleticism of Jerusalem.

After a begrudging round of applause for Jared Jerusalem’s display of agility, the crowd settles to watch what the two will do next.  They do not have long to wait before Jared darts forwards once more, again taking The Bionic Technician by surprise with a Front Dropkick that sees Minkaro’s back thud against the corner of the ring.  Returning swiftly to a vertical base, Jerusalem attempts to take advantage of this second shock by planting both feet into Minkaro’s hips, and grabbing him by the head in a Monkey Flip attempt.  Attempt being the operative word, as Minkaro is able to showcase his own speed of mind and body by adjusting his flight path to land on his feet.  The only person in the arena not to see this is the man most affected by it – Jared Jerusalem raises his arms in celebration, only turning around when he spots Empress pointing.  He soon wishes he hadn’t, as he is welcomed by a stern chop to the chest, the percussive sound that this creates echoing throughout the arena.  This is merely the first in a series of rapid knife-edge chops inflicted upon  The Great Malevolence, the assault only stopping when Minkaro’s arm tires.  Jared attempts to take advantage of the fact that he is no longer being hit very hard in the chest by attempting to restore some oxygen to his lungs, visibly breathing in.  He is soon robbed of this air by an onrushing Minkaro, who drives his shoulder into the gut of his adversary, causing him to sink down into a sitting position in the corner of the ring.

Taking hold of the top rope, Minkaro uses this for leverage as he places his foot against Jared’s throat, pushing against it as the referee bellows at him to stop being such a cheating swine (slightly paraphrased).  Realising that he is going to remain ignored, the official begins the count, which predictably leads to Minkaro letting up as soon as the number shouted reaches four.  Allowing the referee to back him away from his foe, the Salopian smirks as he watches Jerusalem rubbing his throat and coughing slightly.   As soon as Jared has pulled himself up slightly, Minkaro dodges around the protesting referee in order to go back on the attack.  Unfortunately for him, this short break appears to be all that Double J required, as he dashes out of the corner into a modified Chop Block, this rendition of the move connecting with Minkaro’s shin rather than the typical target of the back of the leg.  This causes Minkaro to stumble forwards, tripping as he does so, and coming to a halt just inches away from the corner of the ring, his hands resting against the middle rope as a look of great relief washes over his face.  This quickly vanishes when he spots Empress laughing on the outside of the ring.  He soon discovers that the reason for her mirth is the fact that Jared Jerusalem hasn’t finished with the attack, connecting with a dropkick to Minkaro’s rear end that sees him propelled shoulder first into the steel ring post.

With Minkaro resting against the middle turnbuckle, groaning in pain, Jerusalem rolls underneath the bottom rope and down to the arena floor, rounding the squared circle until he is face-to-face with the recently-returned wrestler.  Grabbing hold of the arm that just smashed into the ring-post, Jared places a foot against the post and pulls with all of his might, stretching and contorting the arm and shoulder.  Now it is Jared Jerusalem’s turn to be subjected to the referee’s count, releasing it upon the count of four, and sliding back into the ring before the official can revert to the other count, the one that means that he can only be outside the ring for ten seconds. Even with only five seconds with which to inflict damage, the hold seems to have done the trick, as Minkaro is now sitting in the corner of the ring clutching his left shoulder. As a southpaw, this is more problematic for him than it would be most people. The Blackpool native allows the referee to keep him separated from Minkaro, and to ask if the wounded athlete is able to continue. Not because he feels any obligation to follow the rules, but because he believes that this recovery time will not be enough for Minkaro to get back into the contest. In fact, Jared goes so far as to allow Minkaro to return to a vertical base, mockingly holding his arms up in an invitation to join him in a test of strength.

With a growl of frustration, Minkaro tries to catch his opponent unawares with a charging attack, sprinting towards him and diving forwards in an attempt at his trademark Spear.  Expecting this, Jerusalem sidesteps the move, grabbing Minkaro’s hand as he does so, and pulling him down into an Armbar. Rather than keep this submission locked in, Jared delivers a trio of sharp elbows to the back of Minkaro’s head, before adjusting his position so that he has a Camel Clutch locked in, a submission that is much more familiar to him. This is, however, a variant on the traditional Camel Clutch, as rather than keep both hands across the opponent’s face, Jared is using one hand to deliver sporadic blows to Minkaro’s shoulder, in the hope that additional punishment to the injured body part will force his foe to give up on trying to find a way out of the submission, and surrender. As the two are in the centre of the ring, the desperate reaching of Minkaro’s hand towards the ropes has no chance of success, and he cannot obtain any purchase on the canvas in order to try and power his way out of the hold.  As the referee crouches in front of him to ask if he wishes to give up, Jared Jerusalem begins to shriek in pain – a swiftly zoomed in camera angle shows us that this is because his hand has slipped down and Minkaro has taken full advantage of this by biting it. “GET HIM OFF!” squeals Jared. The referee moves closer to try and remove The Pioneer Anomaly’s teeth from the hand. He succeeds, but only because Minkaro lets go in order to grab the black and white striped shirt, yanking the official forward violently so that his and Jared’s heads collide.

Not sure whether to nurse his hand or his head, Jared stares wide-eyed across the ring at Minkaro, who sits across from him, grinning. Neither man seems to care that the referee is lying sprawled out on the canvas near the side of the ring as they both meet in the centre of it, Jared revealing what he thinks of Minkaro’s tactics with a snarl of “fucking psycho,” his words punctuated by a forearm to the side of the head. Minkaro retaliates with a kick to the thigh, forced into the unconventional strike due to the uselessness of his arm. Soon, the kicks become less frequent, until eventually the Metal Messiah has to give up on this tactic, replacing it with another one. This new tactic appears to be a rather foolish one, as it involves insulting his opponent into hitting him harder. “THAT’S SHIT” bellows Minkaro, before Jared answers him with a forearm smash to the face. “YOU PUSSY” forearm “MY GRAN HI…” forearm. Finally, Minkaro screams “COME OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNN” at the now thoroughly infuriated Jared Jerusalem, who responds by spinning in a circle, evidently believing that his signature discus forearm will have more success than the regular version. This proves not to be the case, as whilst he rotates, Minkaro steps forwards, greeting Jared once he has turned the 360 degrees with a headbutt directly to the face. With the stunned Jared Jerusalem swaying in front of him, Minkaro plants him into the mat with an Uranage, using his right arm to do so. In a match as violent as this one, something as graceful as a Standing Shooting Star Press seems to stand out like a sore thumb. Hooking his opponent’s leg, Minkaro growls something inaudible, but probably very rude, as the referee.

After what must feel like an eternity to the former XWA International Champion, the referee crawls into position and begins the count. One…two…th…no! Jared gets his shoulder up just as the referee’s hand begins its downward arc.  As the official attempts to explain to Minkaro that it is very difficult for him to do his job when he is being used as a weapon, Jerusalem delivers a telling message to his opponent in the form of the running knee that he calls GFY, or “Go Fuck Yourself.” The attack connects firmly with the side of Minkaro’s head, and probably causes the man in the zebra shirt to wet himself a little bit, such is the explosive nature of the assault. Taking hold of Minkaro’s arm and leg, Jared moves him so that he is closer to the corner of the ring, a move that gives away his plan for his next attack. Double J ascends the turnbuckles, before looking down at his fallen foe from his perch, a satisfied smirk spreading across his face before he launches himself into the air, twisting his body mid-flight into the Corkscrew Shooting Star Press known as the Trip to Jerusalem.  His decision to perform this move is perhaps influenced by Minkaro’s earlier Shooting Star Press, a case of “anything you can do, I can do better.” The reasons behind the move prove to be irrelevant as he only succeeds in performing it on the canvas, Minkaro having rolled out of the way just in the nick of time. Pushing himself up to his hands and knees, and then to a crouching position, he watches intently as Jared groggily stands. As soon as he is vertical, Minkaro springs forwards, taking him down with The Spear. A cover…one…two…three!

Rubbing his painful shoulder, Minkaro glares at the referee, causing him to give up on any idea of congratulating the victor. The applause of the fans, for a well-fought contest rather than because they like him, falls on deaf ears as he stares at something only he can see, his new theme blaring out over the PA system.
