The show returns from commercial to both ADAM DENNIS and TED CEDAR sat at ringside, read to welcome the XWA faithful back to the show.

TED CEDAR :: “Welcome back to the show, ladies and gentleman, we have a great match coming up with our XWA Intercontinental Champion in action against the young, Robbie Reyes.”
ADAM DENNIS :: “Can I ask you something, Ted?”
TED CEDAR :: “Sure, Adam.”
ADAM DENNIS :: “How long do you think this match’ll last before Robbie Reyes taps out again?!”
TED CEDAR :: “Oh come on now, Adam! You know as well as I do that Robbie put up a hell of a fight against the former World Champion last week!”
ADAM DENNIS :: “Say what you will, Teddy! Fact of the matter is this kid tapped out quicker than the keg at the party I was at last night!”
TED CEDAR :: “The match last quite a while if I remember correctly, Adam.”
ADAM DENNIS :: “THE POINT IS THAT I GO TO PARTIES!”

While the two commentators bicker, the referee runs between Robbie Reyes and Drake Dysfunction who stand watching each other closely from across the ring. Robbie’s gaze never drops from Drake’s face as he intently watches the man who is standing in his way of the first win of his career. The referee gives the go ahead and the bell rings loudly as the two men step forward and slowly circle each other like two gladiators in Rome, ready to kill each other for the entertainment of the crowd. Suddenly, the circling stops and Drake holds up both hands to Robbie calling for him to stop, Reyes seems wary after his experience with Razor Xtreme last week to trust his opponent but stops and stares across at Dysfunction. “The New Evolution” extends a hand in Robbie Reyes direction, offering a show of good sportsmanship before the two get started. The two Californians inspect each other for a second and Robbie turns to the crowd to find out if he should accept the handshake. The crowd seem unsure after last week when Drake laid down for Hitman Alex but Robbie decides to risk it, taking Drake’s hand and shaking it. Dysfunction nods and says something to Robbie and the two men break away cleanly, much to the pleasure of the crowd. They begin circling again and slowly come together in a Greco-Roman Knuckle Lace, with Dysfunction taking an instant advantage in the test of strength. Dysfunction pushes down on the wrists of Robbie Reyes who drops to his knees as Drake yells for the crowd to get up. The XWA Intercontinental Champion is surprised though when Robbie suddenly pushes his way back to his feet and pushes Dysfunction backwards with the test of strength, forcing Drake to bridge backwards and leans on his head! Robbie lifts his legs up and places them down on the abdomen of Drake Dysfunction, trying to force the champion to the mat but to no avail! Robbie lifts up once more drops down but Drake refuses to budge! Robbie abandons his attempts to force Drake to the ground and slips off of him to the side before kicking out one of Dysfunction’s legs suddenly! Drake collapses and Robbie breaks the finger grip of both men before turning and flipping over, looking for a STANDING MOONSAULT only for Drake to roll away! Reyes manages to correct and lands on his feet, right as Drake swings to his feet and the two men stand facing each other in fighting poses.

TED CEDAR :: “What a start to this match here! Both men showing respect and both are showing some great wrestling! We still don’t know why Drake Dysfunction laid down for Hitman Alex last week but we’re seeing the old Drake here tonight!”
ADAM DENNIS :: “This is bull! Just as I thought Drake was turning a corner and becoming a real challenger to the top of the card he starts showing respect to some nobody like Robbie Reyes!”

The two men nod and smile at each other before they begin circling slowly again, both contemplating just what they’re next move will be. The two lock up tightly in the centre of the ring with an Collar and Elbow Tie Up and Drake Dysfunction ends up getting the better of the grapple, sliding around to take a Waistlock on the back of Robbie Reyes. Drake lifts Robbie and drops him with an amateur wrestling style throw before turning himself round and taking Robbie into a grounded front chancery. The XWA Intercontinental Champion exerts himself as he pulls tightly on the neck of Robbie and “The Numbers Man” can do little to stop the pressure from being applied as he lets out a loud grunt. Drake pulls tighter and the referee drops to his knees to check the hold and see if Robbie is going to tap out to this move! Robbie manages to let out a loud “NO!” for the referee and then starts kicking his right leg against the ground, getting the fans to clap him to his feet. Drake looks around worried as the fans claps bring Robbie up to his knees and finally to his feet, still held in the front chancery. The young man finally breaks the hold on his neck, taking the wrist of Drake Dysfunction with him, turning under Drake and bringing his arm behind him with a HAMMERLOCK! Robbie isn’t done just with that though as he quickly ducks his head under the other armpit of Drake and lifts him up, dumping the XWA Intercontinental Champion down right on his back with his left arm beneath him with a huge BACKDROP!! Drake lets out a yell and grabs at his arm as he impacts the mat and Robbie Reyes is quick to move in, looking to press his advantage he covers Drake in a pinfall! ONE! KICK OUT! “The Natural Revolution” is not about to go down so easy and Robbie Reyes is very quick to try and push his advantage, laying Drake’s left arm out flat and lifting his legs up in the air to drop a big knee down on the injured arm! Drake lets out another yell as he sits up in shock, only for Reyes to further push his advantage, taking the injured arm and bringing it behind Drake in a SEATED HAMMERLOCK! Drake yells as Robbie pulls on the arm tightly, almost as if he’s trying to pop the shoulder bone right out its socket on the XWA Intercontinental Champion! The champion yells loudly but isn’t about to take the move sitting down, fighting to his knees with Robbie Reyes dragging behind him. The champion pumps his free arm up and down trying to get the fans to clap for him the same as they had for Reyes earlier and the people in attendance comply, giving Drake a building clap to fight against the hold to! Dysfunction struggles and then suddenly reaches backwards with his free hand, grabbing “The Numbers Man’s” head before dropping to his buttocks with a JAWBREAKER!! Robbie stumbles backwards, releasing Drake who jumps to his feet and waits for Robbie to turn back around! Reyes turns and a boot lands directly on his jaw, sending him crumpling to the mat, the DRAKE KICK landing square against the face of Reyes!!

TED CEDAR :: “An amazing feat by Drake Dysfunction to get back into this match with a huge Drake Kick, but the damage may be done to his arm and in the long run that could cost him!”
ADAM DENNIS :: “Has anyone ever finished a match with a Hammerlock? I mean, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone tap out to it, why do people keep trying it?”

Drake Dysfunction takes a second to check on his arm, tentatively stretching it out and poking it. That second could cost him though as he drops down to cover Robbie Reyes and the referee follows him to the mat! ONE! TWO! THR-KICK OUT! Drake Dysfunction leans back on his knees and shakes his head in disbelief that he didn’t catch Robbie with the Drake Kick to finish the match. He sighs deeply before pulling Robbie up to his feet and pushing the young man up against the turnbuckle. Drake pulls Reyes across the ring with his good arm in an IRISH WHIP towards the opposite turnbuckle, however, the young man from Pasadena shows great awareness to jump up to the top rope and leap over backwards to avoid Dysfunction who came charging in after him! Robbie Reyes grabs the XWA Intercontinental Champion and pulls him in looking for the PASADENA LEG SWEEP but Drake has it scouted and instead pulls Robbie down with a DDT! “The New Evolution” grabs his downed opponent and drags him to the centre of the ring before picking up one of Reyes legs and stepping over it to drop down into an STF! Robbie screams as Drake applies pressure to the neck of his opponent and Reyes looks hopelessly lost in the centre of the ring, reaching toward the ropes! The crowd begin to will on Robbie once again but it doesn’t look like it’s going to help as Robbie’s arms begin to fade in their reaching and come painfully closer to tapping out! Robbie’s arms arm mere inches above the mat when suddenly they hit it, but not in a tap, instead the young man uses his arms to push himself up and tries to roll forward, giving him enough separation to free his face from the grips of Drake Dysfunction! “The Numbers Man” rolls all the way through to a standing position, with the leg of Drake Dysfunction now hooked! Robbie drops down and bridges his back with the leg still hooked, grabbing the head of Drake Dysfunction and pulling with a REVERSE STF!! It’s Drake Dysfunction’s turn to yell out in pain as he reaches for the ropes but there is nowhere to go for the XWA Intercontinental Champion! Dysfunction refuses to give up though as he slowly reaches down and begins dragging himself towards the ropes with only his right arm!! It takes a few seconds but Drake finally snaps his arm out and grabs hold of the bottom rope tightly, forcing the hold to be broken!! Robbie quickly relinquishes the hold and takes a step back, leaning against the turnbuckle and breathing heavily, the match is obviously taking its toll on both men as Reyes watches Drake slowly pull himself up on the ropes. Reyes isn’t going to let Drake climb to his feet comfortably though as he runs forward and rolls Drake up in a school boy! ONE! TWO! KICK OUT!

TED CEDAR :: “Well, Robbie Reyes and Drake Dysfunction are putting on an amazing performance here tonight in terms of technical skills, that’s for sure! Robbie is very unlucky not to get the pinfall there but you fans are very lucky that you get to see more of this match!”
ADAM DENNIS :: “I can’t believe it! These two are still being courteous to each other! Someone needs to just sock the other one in the mouth!”

Robbie seems unhappy with the kick out but gets to his feet nonetheless and begins to pull Drake up standing with him, however, Dysfunction suddenly snaps to an upright position and shoves Robbie in the chest. Reyes puts his hands out to his side and asks what’s wrong and Drake stares angrily at him before flipping Reyes off in his face! The crowd are in shock that the two men who started so respectfully are now turning mean with each other after the school boy pin which Drake has obviously taken offense to. Robbie shakes his head and gets into Drake’s face, yelling at the XWA Intercontinental Champion and poking him in the chest! Dysfunction snaps and suddenly fires off a huge slap across the face of the young man from Pasadena who pauses with his head to the side from the impact of the slap. Robbie straightens back up and shoves Drake backwards, the XWA Intercontinental Champion hits the ropes and bounces back, throwing a boot to the midsection of Robbie! Dysfunction grabs the back of Reyes head and his tights and turns, throwing him shoulder first between the top and second turnbuckles in the corner, right into the metal post! Robbie lets out a loud yelp like a dog being kicked as he connects with the metal post, shoulder first and hangs limply on the turnbuckles as Drake looks at him with disgust. “The Natural Revolution” grabs Robbie Reyes and pulls him backwards, lifting him up and dropping him with a big BACKDROP! Drake takes a moment to stand up and grab at his shoulder before mocking Robbie Reyes and the start of the match by putting his hand out like a handshake at his downed opponent before waving it off. Drake laughs to himself before grabbing Robbie Reyes and dragging him to a standing base and shoving him against the turnbuckle. Drake Dysfunction studies his young opponent who is looking spent leaning against the turnbuckle before climbing up on the second rope and cocking his fist back! The crowd counts out the shots loudly as all ten connect with the face of Robbie Reyes! Drake Dysfunction drops down and Robbie stumbles out of the corner right into Dysfunction’s waiting arms before being pulled into an Uranage position. Dysfunction lifts his arms up to get the crowd pumped and suddenly jumps backwards, landing his signature Moonsault Side Slam, D4!!

TED CEDAR :: “The D4 hits! I can’t believe this! The match was a great technical showing until Drake Dysfunction took the school boy from Robbie Reyes as a cheap shot and it’s exploded here!”
ADAM DENNIS :: “Ha! It took these idiots long enough to make this entertaining! Drake Dysfunction is ready to kill Robbie Reyes here, it’s all over and Robbie can finally give up on becoming a wrestler!”

Drake Dysfunction cockily lies across the chest of Robbie Reyes, pulling one leg up and counting with the referee! ONE! TWO! THRE- KICK OUT! The fans explode in disbelief as Robbie Reyes manages to shove a shoulder off the mat and Drake Dysfunction can’t believe it either! Drake runs his hands through his hair as his eyes widen in shock and horror. The XWA Intercontinental Champion turns to the referee to confirm that Reyes did in fact kick out and the referee tells the champion that the match continues! “The Natural Revolution” bites his lip before shaking his head and shoving himself to his feet, Drake stands over the smaller, Robbie Reyes, simply staring at him in disbelief. Drake signals that the match is over and reaches down to pull Robbie to his feet, pulling him into a gutwrench position, ready for his DYSFUNCTIONAL DISASTER!! Drake lifts Robbie up over his head and the shoulder of Drake gives way, letting Robbie fall behind him on his feet. “The Numbers Man” finds something left in his gas tank from somewhere deep down and wraps his arms around the waist of Drake Dysfunction, bringing him up and over his head with a massive GERMAN SUPLEX!! Robbie Reyes isn’t finished there though as he pulls Drake up to his feet and brings him over once more with another GERMAN SUPLEX! “The Numbers Man” is all about doing things in groups not pairs so he pulls the XWA Intercontinental Champion to his feet before tossing him over with one last GERMAN SUPLEX! Robbie slowly pushes himself to his feet with the help of the ropes as Drake somehow manages to find his way to his knees and rests wobbly on his haunches. Reyes screams loudly before driving a huge SUPERKICK right to the jaw of Dysfunction that sends the Intercontinental Champion down to the mat!! Reyes brings his thumb to his throat and draws it across to tell the fans that it’s about to be all over and rushes across to pick up “The New Evolution”! Reyes drags Dysfunction to his feet and then collects him up on his shoulders, ready for his finishing GO HOME DRIVER!! The fans are cheering but Drake manages to halt the move by grabbing onto the top rope!! Reyes tries to snap Drake away from the ropes but to no avail as Drake is holding onto the ropes with a dead man’s grip! The XWA Intercontinental Champion shows why he holds the title as he drives a knee into the head of Robbie Reyes and then pulls himself out over onto the apron! Robbie takes a second to hold his head before he realises where Drake Dysfunction is standing. “The Numbers Man” calls for Drake to come back into the ring and Dysfunction looks at Reyes before shaking his head and jumping off the apron. Robbie seems totally confused but Drake shakes his head and starts walking up the ramp, wanting nothing more to do with this match or with Robbie! The referee starts counting Drake out and Robbie Reyes seems totally confused.

TED CEDAR :: “I can’t believe this! Drake Dysfunction is abandoning this match! He couldn’t finish Robbie Reyes off and now he’s leaving! This’ll make it two weeks in a row that Drake has robbed these fans of a great showing!”
ADAM DENNIS :: “He’s the champion, Teddy! There’s no point in risking injury for a low ranked opponent like Robbie Reyes!”
TED CEDAR :: “This is disgusting! It’s spitting on the face of every fan that paid for a ticket tonight!”

The referee finishes his count out and calls for the bell as Robbie Reyes simply shakes his head with his hands on his hips. ”METEOR” by ART vs. SCIENCE starts up and the referee lifts Robbie’s arm but it’s obvious that Reyes is not happy with the win.

LAURA WATTS :: “Ladies and Gentlemen, your winner via count out, Robbie ‘Integer’ REYES!”
TED CEDAR :: “Absolutely disgusting! What sort of champion would pull something like this two weeks in a row?!”
ADAM DENNIS :: “The smart kind, Teddy! Why bother risking yourself further to beat some nobody? Robbie Reyes isn’t even on the radar!”
TED CEDAR :: “Well, Robbie Reyes is certainly not happy with this victory and I hope to God that next week Drake Dysfunction gives us some sort of explanation for his actions!”
