WWE currently has no plans for World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar for the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view next month.
According to PWInsider, Paul Heyman was originally meant to appear on Monday's Raw to speak on behalf of Lesnar, but that once changed when the creative team hadn't figured out a direction for the champion. Apparently the rumoured Hell in a Cell match between Lesnar and John Cena wasn't even planned as of yesterday.
There are apparently also no plans for any other matches as far as Hell in a Cell goes coming out of Raw.
As reported on F4Wonline.com, WWE writers where still rewriting as the show was airing live. Something WCW was infamous for during its final years. It was during these rewrites maybe the reason why they also scrapped the Next Gen thing WWE was teasing about on social media last week.
RAW hit its lowest rating this year at a 2.69. This maybe worrying those backstage because normally after PPVs the follow raw will have a increase in ratings due to people wanting to see what happens next. But with Roman Reigns being out, Daniel bryan still out, Y2J leaving once more, and football season going on it might be no mystery why fans gave this show a miss. Plus with the promise of another Randy Orton vs. John Cena match did not help in that matter.
