We know Jarrett signed a deal with TNA saying he won't pursue a TV deal with Spike.
Howeve, the terms of the contract are unknown. Are their loopholes?
Is it possible Jarrett backed out involvement with TNA, got all the financial backing, on the grounds of rebranding a purchased TNA from Dixie/Panda Energy? |

| Why the fuck would he buy TNA back at this point? They're losing TV. Their house shows gone to shit. Bob Carter should have sold when Tobby Keith made the offer. He's really going to have to go down with the price with the state TNA is in right now. |
