Both Peach and Toad were tied for the lead in the GP going into the race, and I was behind by 4 points. I needed to win AND get some help, not only to win, but to unlock the only character I needed.
As the video shows, Toad gets hit with a blue shell at the end of the race, allowing both me and Waluigi to pass him. This, coupled by a Red Shell block by me right before the finish, clinched me the win.
It was the most amazing thing, both me and my brother were going nuts when we saw I won by a single point.
