It's not much to go off, but Rockstar continues to show it's working on Agent by renewing its trademark with the US trademarks and patents office.
What this means is that Rockstar is intending to make use of the trademark for Agent, and perhaps will have something to reveal soon since it will need to provide proof at some point that there is a product tying to the trademark.
Take Two has also confirmed that Rockstar is working on a next-gen game, so that's either GTA 5 on PS4 and Xbox One, Agent (which will have been upgraded from PS3) or something else entirely.
And with E3 2014 very near - and rumours that Take Two and even Rockstar could be there - it would be perfect timing for a renewal of the trademark.
With that said, Take Two also renewed the Agent trademark and logo in July 2013, so it could just be that it's protecting its IP on a yearly basis.
Take Two also trademarked Hangar 13, which could have been a rebrand of Agent if this latest trademark renewal didn't suggest otherwise. So is it something else entirely?
