Both Marquis Carter and SM Raye make their ways to the ring, as they get ready to do battle in a match which would springboard one of them up the ranks. Noteworthy is that Marquis Carter's manager, Demetrius Marshall, is sitting on a wheeled chair at ringside. With both superstars ready to rumble, the referee signals for the bell, and it's rung, beginning the match. Both men stand in opposite corners, locking eyes like two lions in the battle set as they measure up each other in the opening, tensed moments of the match. They eventually decide to meet up in the middle of the ring, mangling with each other in an intense Collar-and-Elbow tie-up. "The Franchise" tries to compensate his weight disadvantage by increasing the pressure on Marquis, but he is well-beaten by "The Black Machine" who wrenches hardly, turning Raye downwards with a Facelock. He puts pressure on his opponent's face, dropping to his knees and straining harshly to inflict pain on him early on. As soon as Carter gets up again, however, he is pushed by Raye, who quickly bends himself up. He quickly makes a run towards Marquis, but the American ducks down cleverly, catching his foe from the legs and pulling him up for a Fireman's Carry, before spinning him around and displaying full force with his F5, Pizza Maker! One! Two! Three!
