Jared Jerusalem vs Robbie Reyes
Ted Cedar: This sold out capacity tonight is anxious to see Jared Jerusalem versus Robbie Reyes. And for me, this match could easily be the highlight of the night. Both men have similar fighting styles, also they show much promise but still hasn't climbed the ranks of headliners. I'm sure both men will be main eventers someday and this match will only solidify their legacy as wrestlers, win or lose, it won't matter.
Joey Miles: Honestly Ted, I don't give a damn about them becoming big names in the future. What happens then doesn't concern me one bit. This match is going to happen right now. These men are going to fight tonight to win, they're not going for Mr "I tried." I know these men are skilled, but they still got a lot to learn if they're hoping to be "the man" of the business.
Ted Cedar: Still Joey, this is going to be a splendid match. I am a hundred percent positive that the chemistry of these two in the ring will bring out some good results.
Joey Miles: Good to see you aren't a hundred percent positive in the HIV department.
The lights go dim suddenly as the fans sit quietly in anticipation of who will arrive first. Then the music starts. The Past Should Stay Dead by Emarosa plays and you could guess who's theme is that. It's Jared Jerusalem. The Self Proclaimed Savior of XWA enters with his white "Jerusalites Ahoy" V-neck shirt with "The Piece Of Eden" printed on the back. Double J's also wearing his black ring gear with it's usual dark purple designs. As the fans show a mix of boos and cheers to Jerusalem, Empress comes out in her dark sleeveless dress, exposing her left leg and covering up the other. Her hair, braided to the side like Katniss Everdeen. As they walk down the ramp, Jared extends his arms to the air in a V-like position.
Ted Cedar: The crowd's showing less hate towards the Hypocrite Hunter here tonight.
Joey Miles: Well you gotta admit Ted, the little crazy fucker garnered some respect for being close at winning last night during chain reaction. But almost winning isn't gonna get you titles.
Ted Cedar: As you can see, Empress is finally following him. She's not mysteriously appearing now to help Jared cheat his way to victory. I wonder how she'll act now in ringside.
Joey Miles: Damn, he's lucky to have a babe like her.
Ted Cedar: God damnit Joey. Compose yourself.
Jared Jerusalem enters the ring as Empress stays outside. They start speaking to each other about something. Maybe Empress was giving Jared some advice on how to deal with his opponent. After that, Jared continues to show off, flexing his muscles and all that. He finally heads to the corner to await for his adversary.
Robbie Reyes' theme blasts from the sound system and he comes out to the first words of the song. The lights fade out for a sec, and then pink lights start to surround him as the drum beat kicks in. The fans cheer Robbie as he comes out on the stage saying his prayers before making his way towards the ring.
Ted Cedar: There he is, "Mister Midnight" , Robbie Reyes has officially made his return to XWA. He could start his return on a good roll here tonight if he beats Jared Jerusalem.
Joey Miles: Yeah well, Jared Jerusalem's return to Vendetta was a kick ass one. Beating the hardcore champion in his own game. I'd like to see Robbie top that return.
Ted Cedar: Like I said Ted, these two men fight similarly, they know how to fly, they know how to be technical, and they can use their strength when needed. It'll be interesting to see the show they put on tonight. You have to give Robbie a chance, he might impress you.
Joey Miles: Yeah I'll be impressed when I get a cup from you saying "World's Best Commentator."
Reyes enters the ring, but before that he prays again. He flips backwards to enter the ring from the top of the turnbuckle. The fans give him a warm welcome back to the Vendetta ring but not too warm, as the fans haven't seen much from Robbie yet.
The bell rings and Mister Midnight walks up to the Hypocrite Hunter himself. Jerusalem quickly follows and walks up to Robbie as well, seeing that Robbie Reyes is going at him. The Numbers man slowly extends his arm to Jared Jerusalem as an offer of respect to his opponent in this match up. Jerusalem quickly shakes his head in disapproval. The fans boo Double J for his lack of sportsmanship. Robbie quickly lets his arm down and walks away before Jared could make the first move. Both men grapple each other in a collar and elbow tie up. Jared and Robbie, trying to get an upper hand until Robbie Reyes quickly goes under one of Jerusalem's arms quickly turns his way to the back of Jared Jerusalem. Robbie wraps his arms around Jared's waist to prevent him from escaping. The Piece of Eden tries hopping in an attempt to loosen the hold, however it does not work. Jared attempts to hit Robbie with his elbow but Mister midnight ducks down and lifts Jerusalem up for a back suplex, but Double J uses his weight to keep him down. The Self Proclaimed Savior drives his knee to the forehead of Reyes, causing Robbie to let go. Robbie's turned his back on JJ as he's feeling his forehead. Jared Jerusalem goes up to The Kid and slaps him at the back of the head. Robbie Reyes retaliates by turning around and drilling his fist hard at Jared's face, the sound of the punch was so loud, the fans reacted with a loud "OH!". The Hypocrite Hunter goes down, while covering his face with his hands as he hates being hit on the face. Double J rolls out of the ring, he then heads to Empress and she whispers to him as the ref counts Jared J out. Jerusalem quickly slides back in the ring. The Terror From The Next Era, Robbie Reyes is at the other corner jumping up and down, limbering up and looking focused on Jared. Both men look at each other scanning one another for some sort of weakness probably. They both decide to go near each other and lock hands and fingers. It doesn't last long though as Jared twists Robbie's arm around and moves to his side. Reyes rolls on the mat to avoid getting a twisted arm and kicks Jared J's legs. Jerusalem goes down on one knee and let goes of Robbie Reyes. Mister Midnight goes for a headlock while he's at the side of The Piece of Eden. The Hypocrite Hunter, looking like he's losing hair. He constantly grasps the air for something. Some of the fans who like Jared Jerusalem chant "Double J" loud enough for him to hear it. It helps him regain some consciousness as he stares on to his manager. Jared starts to stand up and elbows the gut of his adversary. He reverses the headlock by lifting Robbie Reyes up and throwing him down into a back suplex. Jerusalem quickly gets up to kick the back of Mister Midnight who was trying to get up. The Kid tries to get back up but receives a swift strike from The Self Proclaimed Savior of XWA. Jared picks him up again and goes for another back suplex. The pain from the suplex brings Robbie up to a sitting position as places his hands behind him in pain. Reyes tries to get back up but the cocky Jared Jerusalem attacks the back of Robbie's neck with a forearm, bringing Mister Midnight down crawling on his knees. The Piece of Eden runs towards the ropes and ricochets back to The Terror From The Next Era. However Robbie Reyes acts on instinct quickly grapples Jared's waist and turns it into a school boy pin. This could be an upset from Reyes.

Kickout by Robbie Reyes, he was so close to winning the match. Both men get up quickly but Jared Jerusalem leaps in the air and delivers an enziguri to the back of Reyes' head. He picks up The Kid and irish-whips him to the ropes. Jerusalem charges towards his opponent and drives his shoulders against Reyes' gut. He throws Robbie back to the mat, face first. Jerusalem decides to climb up the turn buckle for a high-flying move. The Hypocrite Hunter jumps up high in mid-air, going for a flying axe-handle. Robbie Reyes, realising that his adversary is going after him in mid-air, leaps in the air for a dropkick and hits Jerusalem's gut, causing him to roll down while holding his gut as he lands. Double J swiftly but hesitantly gets up with his arms still on his guts. He is then visited by a bulldog from Mr Midnight himself. The move keeps Jared down. Reyes brings the Savior up to his knees. He walks back a little and runs towards Double J, driving his knee to Jared's face, knocking him back to the mat. Robbie Reyes goes on top of Jared for the pin.

Kickout by Jerusalem. Reyes goes for picking up Jared. The Hypocrite Hunter viciously strikes the forehead of The Numbers man, but he answers back with his own wicked punch to the head. Both men start trading blows as the crowd gets fired up. Reyes hits the final blow which dizzies up Jared Jerusalem. The Kid irish whips the Hypocrite Hunter to the ropes. As Jared reaches the ropes he jumps up from the middle and top rope and lands on the apron outside. Reyes quickly walks up near Jared but the Self Proclaimed Savior of XWA shoulder blocks the gut of his adversary. He takes the opportunity to grab the arm of his opponent and places it around his neck. He lifts Robbie up in a suplex position and throws Robbie forward back to the ring with his face facing the mat. Jared jumps down, out of the ring. He pulls the arm of Robbie in the ring which was outstretched towards his direction and pulls him until The Kid's head was already outside on the apron. Jared wraps his arms around the neck of Robbie and DDT's him to the covered concrete. Jerusalem decides to pick up his opponent slowly and to slide him back in the ring. JJ follows before the referee could count them out. Both men are back in the ring with the ref as Empress is outside, oddly circling slowly around outside the ring with her arms wrapped around her waist and staring eerily at the ring. Jared pulls his opponent away from the ropes and pins him.

Kickout! Reyes powers out by pulling his arm up and Jared looks frustrated, asking the referee if he counted it right. The Self Proclaimed Savior of XWA scouts the area and decides to run towards the ropes. He jumps to the middle rope and launches back with a moonsault to his adversary, but The Kid rolls away before Jerusalem could land on him. Robbie Reyes gets up on his knees and his hands as he crawls to the cocky, Double J. Jared J is also up on his knees with his hand up his chest in pain as he's panting for some air. Robbie ducks his head under the arms of the Hypocrite Hunter and tries to lift him with the best he can but Jerusalem fighting by keeping himself down like dead weight. Reyes however does not let and on his feet, he lifts Jared up for a suplex. He gets up and delivers for another suplex and this means he's going for the sequential suplex. Reyes and Jerusalem both get up for the third one but this time Jared tries to fight back with punches to the gut but it didn't help that much. Mister Midnight hits the last suplex.
Ted Cedar: Joey, I haven't seen Jared handle like this before, Robbie Reyes could win this.
Joey Miles: Don't count Jerusalem out just yet. He's probably worn out from his match during Chain Reaction.
Jerusalem goes down from the last suplex, looking like he's dead on the mat with his arms and legs outstretched. Reyes isn't done yet though. He picks Jared up on his feet no matter how dazed his opponent looks. He grabs The Piece of Eden from the pelvic area and the back and lifts him up into a torture rack position. This could be mean he's going for the "Go Home Driver." He goes for it. But as he flips Jerusalem over to finish him, Jared J. moves his one knee up to his chest and pulls down the hair of Mister Midnight, bringing him down with him and hitting his signature move, "Switchback."
Joey Miles: Holy Shit! Did you see that Ted!?
Ted Cedar: Yes I did Joey, and this crowd is as surprised as we are. Did you hear their reaction?
Joey Miles: What a great display of athleticism by Double J. I don't think he even knew what he just did. That was probably pure instinct.
Ted Cedar: Your probably right there Joey. Jerusalem could go for the pin now but he hasn't moved an inch. He moved himself into the switchback position, but he was still hit by Robbie Reyes' finishing move.
Both men are now down. The ref's going to count them and Empress, from the outside, is trying direct Jared Jerusalem to pin Reyes. The Savior, with what little energy he has left, tries pulling himself towards his fallen adversary. The official in the ring is still counting them both out still. Both men are not on their feet. Jared gets closer and then starts crawling on his knees and hands. He goes on top of Robbie's body for the pin but The Kid's legs suddenly just move and lock itself around the throat and arm of Jerusalem. He applied the Triangle Choke so fast that it shocked the whole arena. Even the referee looked surprised.
Ted Cedar: OH MY!.... The audience in this arena are screaming out loud. This could be a big comeback win for Reyes.
Joey Miles: Jared looks bad. This move could make him pass out or worse, it could give him some brain damage.
Ted Cedar: Just tap out before you get seriously hurt Jerusalem.
The Piece of Eden looks like he's going to lose consciousness. The fans are cheering for Robbie Reyes while Empress, on ringside, looks very discouraged. Jared Jerusalem hasn't won a match since his explosive return to Vendetta. If he loses tonight, he could be in a serious losing streak. Empress is raising her voice trying to get heard by her man to avoid him passing out. It looks like it's working. Jared Jerusalem slowly but surely gets one one knee, and then on his feet. He uses his remaining strength to power out of the hold, pushing both legs to the side with his arms and hands. He then grabs the ankles of both legs and turns his opponent around into a submission of his own. Double J applies "The Walls of Jerusalem" on his Mister Midnight. Robbie groans loudly in pain, trying to get to the ropes but they're at the center of the ring.
Ted Cedar: He just turned that Triangle Choke into another submission!
Joey Miles: Look at Reyes! Screaming like a pig bleeding to death! Haha! This could be it. Jared Jerusalem's finishing move is known to be painful.
Ted Cedar: The fans are screaming louder than a while ago. I don't know if that's positive or negative but this could be the end. Jerusalem's got the hold on pretty well. I don't think The Kid could handle much more.
When it looks like Robbie's going to tap. He pushes himself up and crawls nearer to the rope. He gets closer to the ropes but his hand slips and his chest is back touching the mat. Back to the original pain. Robbie uses his strength again but this time roll over, now his back is touching the mat and he's down facing his opponent who's standing up. Jerusalem leans down a bit to trade insults with his young opponent but the Terror From The Next Era pulls Jared down onto him by the hair and locks him in again for the Triangle Choke. Jared flails his legs around to try and break the hold but it doesn't work. He probably can't break the hold again because of the energy he used on his grip. The fans get even louder from the unpredictability of the bout. Jared tries to slide himself and Robbie to the side, using his free arm and both of his feet to get to the ropes. Jared was able to get to the ropes and Robbie Reyes had to let go of the hold after the ref counted to four already. Jerusalem rolls out of the ring and falls down to the concrete. Laying down there, his manager Empress checks on him and tries to help him get back up. The ref starts to count Jerusalem out while Robbie Reyes is trying to get up. The back and forth submissions took some energy out of Reyes and he's trying to to take a breather. The ref counts to five and Robbie Reyes is already on his feet. Jerusalem up at one knee but having a hard time moving. This match has taken a heap out of him. Reyes positions him at the opposite side of the ring near the ropes to prepare for Jared coming back inside the ring. Jared's up at eight and slides himself in the ring before the referee could actually say the word 9. Jerusalem gets up slowly but The Numbers Guy comes running at the Hypocrite Hunter. As Robbie goes for a clothesline, Jared J. ducks and lifts Reyes up in the air, throwing him out of the ring. The Kid lands outside of the ring. Empress moves out of the way before Robbie could crash on her. Robbie falls down hard on the covered concrete, landing on his back painfully. After that, Jared's legs give in and once again he falls on to one knee. The ref starts counting Robbie out. Mister Midnight, Robbie Reyes is getting up with some help from the crowd chanting his name to drive his momentum. Robbie Reyes gets up and raises his hands for the fans but is quickly interrupted by Jared Jerusalem who dived from the middle ropes, towards The Terror From The Next Era. As Jerusalem lands Reyes, he crashes on him but hurts his neck in the process. The audience echoes their loud reaction as Jerusalem performs that amazing high-risk move despite being very tired. Both men are now down as the ref counts. Empress goes to Jerusalem to trying to help him get back in the ring. Both men have gotten up to their knees but Jerusalem has started to move towards the ring with the assistance of his valet. Jared enters the ring at the count of six. Seeing his opponent has entered the ring. Mister Midnight decides to follow Jerusalem into the ring. He gets in by sliding inside at the count of 9. Both men are now down in the ring and the referee restarts his count. Jared crawling to the center of the ring and Robbie Reyes decides to go up the top rope. Robbie heaves himself up to the top of the turnbuckle and gets up their. He's making the "come on." hand gesture, waiting for his opponent to get up. Reyes takes a great leap, lunging to The Piece of Eden, but Jared Jerusalem suddenly jumps and catches his opponent with his jumping cutter known as the "Unprettier." (not the same unprettier as the killswitch.) Everybody in the arena was shocked to see The Hypocrite Hunter come back with a devastating finisher. Jerusalem, with adrenaline rushing inside of him, quickly goes on top of his knocked out opponent and pins him, hooking the leg.

Jared Jerusalem's theme echoes throughout the entire arena mixed with conflicting reactions from the crowd. There's cheers and boos but as the announcer calls Double J the victor, the referee raises the arm of The Hypocrite Hunter, proud to have called that match. The match was so close at ending different times. The Piece of Eden falls back onto his knees, next to his opponent who put on an amazing effort. He almost beat Jerusalem at several occasions. Empress goes up to Jared. They seem to be talking about something but in the end before they go on an exodus from the ring, before the victor stands up, he pats the chest of his unconscious opponent who gave it his all and displayed a splendid show.
Ted Cedar: What a match! Oh my Lord in heaven! I did not see that coming.
Joey Miles: Robbie Reyes looks like he's seeing heaven after that.
Ted Cedar: Jared Jerusalem may have not respected Robbie Reyes at the start of the match but at least he patted him in the chest, probably showing even a teeny tiny bit of respect for the match they just put up. Whether Empress told Jerusalem to show respect or not, it doesn't matter. This match ends in good terms, this was a fair fight with no cheating and tricks from Jared or Empress.
Joey Miles: Now send Robbie back from wherever hole he hibernates in. He lost his return match.
Ted Cedar: God damn it Joey. This kid went past the limit and drove The Piece Of Eden himself past the limit as well.
