According to the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio hosted by Dave Meltzer, WWE's goal for next year's Hall of Fame is to induct The Rock as the headlining name.
In related Hall of Fame news, Meltzer was asked if WWE is inducting Scott Hall this year as Razor Ramon so that Hall can be inducted alongside Kevin Nash next year as The NWO. Melzter says he doubts that will happen, as back-to-back inductions would be "overkill," and he added he doesn't think the NWO would play second fiddle to The Rock if he's inducted next year.
Original Sin Cara Using His Old Ring Name?
The original Sin Cara in WWE, played by Luis Alvirde, noted on Twitter that he will be wrestling at an upcoming Mexican event under his old ring name Mistico. His Twitter handle remains @TheSinCaraWWE, however.
