As we reported earlier in the week, CM Punk (being billed as Phil Brooks) will be appearing on this Sunday night's edition of "Talking Dead" on AMC, which follows the new episode of "The Walking Dead."

According to PWInsider.com, the backstage WWE reaction to Punk appearing on the show is said to be one of bitterness. Officials feel that if Punk is able to travel to LA to appear on a show, he could at least have come to Raw in Chicago to meet with someone in WWE in person to talk things over.

There is also said to be a feeling of uncertainty backstage in WWE regarding the appearance, as no one has any idea if CM Punk will address his WWE status on the show, and if he does, no one knows what he might say.

Bitterness for what? He doesnt wanna come back, simple.

He has a contract and he has a ton of fans he's letting down. He should at least pretend to care.

I'm still hoping this is a massive work.

CM Punk needs to do what's best for Phil Brooks. Nothing more or nothing less. WWE shouldn't feel bitter, considering its rumored HHH and his personal lackeys more than likely, do not want him back.
