n the video, Jarrett more or less confirms that he working on a new pro wrestling promotion, although he promises that will be making a formal announcement with more information in the near future.

"We're very excited about the next step of this process and journey. I can't wait to make a real, formal announcement, and that date is coming. This is the first weekend of many where I'm gonna be searching the world over – India, Japan, Australia, Europe, Mexico, all across North America. I want to find the very best independent talent."

The "King of the Mountain" is on his way to Mexico to work a show this weekend for AAA, where he will also be scouting talent for his new promotion. He has had a working relationship with the company for the last decade. Jeff Jarrett is 46-years-old, and has worked for every major pro wrestling company in North America over the last several decades including WCW, WWE, and TNA, has many contacts within the international wrestling business, and is repsonsible for chartering deals between TNA Wrestling and AAA, as well as with Japan's Wrestle-1 promotion.
