At this time, WWE employees are very excited about the WWE Network. Peoplethat work behind the scenes and have insight on the project are apparently excited about the whole concept both as employees and wrestling fans. There is said to be a sense of optimism and high expectations with the upcoming launch.

I think they want it to be more than showing classics shows. I think they want to come up with original content, reality base shit, sitcoms, and maybe some cartoons. Which will stress out the writers even more. I hope they hire people to work on soully on the network and leave the creative writers out of it...but I think Vince will make their writers now do both the wrestling shows and original content because it's cheaper.

It was some kind of "Kiss My Ass" cartoon. They animated Vince's ass. It honestly did seem like a rip off of Assy McGee, a cartoon that was airing on Adult Swim at the time.

I don't get why anyone would willing pay a subscription for wrestling. It's overkill. If people want this kind of thing, they have that Classics on Demand thing (or streams that don't exist, bad people!)...if this ever does come out, it won't last long.

I thought they dropped the idea. I'd like to watch some old wrestling shows but fortunately we have youtube for that. No interest in the "reality" crap at all.
