| I shot Kenny. I thought he was too far gone, and was going to end up putting Clem in serious danger if he lived. Plus he seemed to almost want to die, after that conversation about Katja and Duck being in a better place. Although you shouldn't really need to ask me what I did . |

| I wanted to kill practically everybody. I shot Kenny though and had Clementine end up alone because fuck that bitch.
I just hate how season 3 might not be about Clementine. |

| Subject: “The Walking Dead” Returns Next October for Sixth Season! Tue Oct 07, 2014 2:31 pm | |
| http://bloody-disgusting.com/news/3316315/tv-walking-dead-returns-next-october-sixth-season/
BREAKING: Days away from its season five premiere, AMC announced today that it has renewed “The Walking Dead,” the #1 show on television among adults 18-49 for the last two years and most highly-rated show in cable television history, for a sixth season.
The season five premiere is this Sunday, Oct. 12, at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
“We could not be more excited for October 12th as we share new episodes of ‘The Walking Dead’ with fans around the globe,” said AMC President Charlie Collier. “In advance of Sunday’s season five premiere, AMC proudly confirms a sixth season order of this extraordinary series. Thank you to Robert Kirkman, Scott Gimple, the terrific executive producers, and the entire team who brings this compelling world and these rich characters to life. There’s plenty more Dead ahead thanks to their impressive, collective effort.”
Social media activity and interest around “The Walking Dead” is up significantly from the same period a year ago. For several weeks leading up to the season five premiere, the show has been #1 in digital engagement of all returning fall cable series, as measured by the ListenFirst Digital Audience Rating. The show’s social media following and fan engagement are at an all-time high with more than 30 million Facebook fans and 2.7 million Twitter followers, while video views of scenes and trailers for the upcoming season are well outpacing last year’s results.
For season six, Scott M. Gimple will return as the series’ showrunner and executive producer along with executive producers Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, David Alpert, Greg Nicotero and Tom Luse. AMC also recently announced that it has ordered a pilot for a potential companion series to “The Walking Dead,” based on a new story and new characters from Robert Kirkman. |

| Can someone explain to me why the black guy is/was being a bitch, the black guy who seems to always survive with his own bare hands. I'm pretty sure he's been surrounded at least twice now and still came out on top.
I must have missed that whole story, apart from kiddie executions. |

| Tyreese will kill zombies, but he won't kill a person (which is pretty fucking ironic since he kills a person almost as soon as they meet him in the comics) |

| This season has already been damn good so far. I liked this episode probably even more than the first one, and I can't wait for the third episode. |

| ^ That was pretty funny. That last episode was crazy. If the show can keep up this momentum and action in the storyline, it will be the best season of TWD for sure. Loving it so far. |

| Yeah, they're saying it will be true to the comics, so it should be really interesting, although that likely means things are about to calm down quite a bit and take a new direction. I have no idea what is going on with the Daryl-Carol-Beth shit though, none of that was in there.. |

| I'm glad I haven't read the comics tbh. Part of what I love is I have no clue what's going to happen next this season. It's just been crazy. Tonight was another solid episode (slower than the first 3 but still solid nonetheless). Based on the preview, next episode seems like it'll slow down a bit more with Abraham's group but I'm still looking forward to it. |

| I like Carol and Darryl, but I found that latest episode quite dull. Not sure I needed to see "how they got there," as it was enough to just know that they'd gotten there. Maybe if they'd shared it out with another group's story (Rick's probably, as we've just had an episode dedicated to Sheamus from WWE and friends), and cut it down. |

| I liked it tbh but agreed with the last part. Didn't need to be just them two in an episode. |

| Subject: The Walking Dead spoils itself, gives West Coast fans the bird (SPOILER WARNING) Mon Dec 01, 2014 1:09 pm | |
| [Warning: Massive spoilers for last night's midseason finale of The Walking Dead follow.] The mideason finale of The Walking Dead aired on AMC at 9 p.m. ET last night and featured at least one major character death. It was a shocking moment, especially if you were on the East Coast and were able to watch it live. If you were saving the episode for later, or live on the West Coast, there is a good chance the show's own social media accounts ruined the surprise for you. And they weren't exactly subtle about it. The show's social media team didn't handle it any better on Twitter. There's nothing wrong with using a major event in a show for promotion. The problem occurs when this happens before the show even airs for everyone in the country. Spoiling an event this large on a show this popular, and spreading that spoiler across multiple social networks, is a major pop culture faux pas, and everyone involved should know better. AMC, get your shit together. |

| Subject: “The Walking Dead” Is Getting a Gay Character This Season Fri Dec 05, 2014 3:12 pm | |
| http://bloody-disgusting.com/news/3323334/walking-dead-getting-gay-character-season/
There have been rumors swirling for over a season now that “The Walking Dead” badass Daryl Dixon – played by Norman Reeds – is gay.
Creator Robert Kirkman has tip-toed around this, teasing that it may or may not be true. Whatever the case, Dixon would still be one of the best characters on the AMC series, now in its fifth season.
On a recent episode of “Talking Dead” (wow, something important happened on the show!) Kirkman ended the controversy once and for all, explaining that Dixon is in fact straight.
“Daryl Dixon is being somewhat asexual on the show, he’s a very introverted character and I think that’s somewhat his appeal… I just wanted to make it clear that the possibility is there and I would’ve been fine with it, the network would have been fine with it, but we ultimately didn’t do that. I can make it official, Daryl Dixon is actually straight, but coming back in the next half of the season we’re going to be introducing a very prominent gay character from the comics that’ll be debuting.”
The shocker is that, when “The Walking Dead” returns in February, we’ll be introduced to a gay character. I don’t know if the talk about Daryl’s sexuality is the reason behind the addition, but I like it. The show needs more realism and diverse characters to help bring it to the next level. |
