During its Nintendo Direct broadcast today, Nintendo revealed that Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy will be released in North America on February 28.

Azran Legacy was confirmed for the West in April and released in both Europe and Australia earlier this month. For our thoughts, be sure to read our review.
