Gail Kim won The Knockout Title after the OVW Woman's Champion attacked ODB and Brooke and joined Kim in celebration.

Bobby Rhode pinned Kurt Angle after Angle knocked himself out hitting a Angle Slam from the top rope.

Derrick Bateman defeated some jobber.

Magnus defeated Sting by making him tap out to a Cloverleaf.

I mean the broman's winning the tag team title was stupid. Gail kim's botchy ass winning the knockouts title was stupid.

but fucking Magnus made Sting tap out. Rhoode beat Kurt, in a dumb dick way yes...but he still won. Chris Sabin has been far more interesting since turning heel and glad Hardy didn't win the title. would have rather had Joe win it, but Chris isn't bad. ANd AJ Styles is world champion now...not the best ppv but it wasn't shit.

This was good. I didn't expect TNA to allow Young and Park to get the title shot. Good beginning to the show I thought. BroMans win.

Jeff Hardy vs. Austin Aries vs. Chris Sabin vs. Samoa Joe vs. Manik

This must have been the most unexciting Ultimate X match ever. With all the talent in the ring this should have been far better plus it could have been a great open for the actual pay per view. Sabin won after using a ladder to win.

Kim did some funny bumps but beyond that there was really nothing to this match. Le'D Tapa interfered so that Kim can win the title.

It had a real weird start but it became a good match. It would been better but we got a fuck finish with Kurt knocking himself out with his own Angle Slam. You just shouldn't do this on your biggest pay per view of the year.

Highlight of this was Taz's commentary, which is a bad sign. It wasn't even a fun squash match.

This would have been far better if we had a better crowd reaction. No one really expected Sting to tap out. Otherwise Sting actually did a good job here.

AJ Styles vs. Bully Ray

This was a very underwhelming main event. They just killed the match trying to sell a story. Styles took crazy bumps like doing a 450 from the ring through a table.

For the biggest TNA show of the year this was a very underwhelming pay per view. Just a huge disappointment overall. This is not worth paying 40 dollars for when Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling are offering far better for 15.

Interesting fact: The longest match on the card was the pre-show match.

Cagematch says the main event was five seconds longer  

Wikipedia says the pre-show match was about two minutes longer.

BroMans winning the tag titles was the only thing worth watching.

Or the matches being 10x better woulda made the PPV better. Who honestly uses a ladder in Ultimate X? Its not a fucking ladder match, that spot was just retarded and unneeded. All the finishes were booked awkwardly and like creative didnt know how to end anything. Not to mention the halfassed crowd....half the arena wasnt even filled and an entire section was empty.

WTF was hardy wearing in the Ultimate X trashbag wrestling gear!

Roode vs Angle was my favourite match and AJ vs Bully could have been so much better if there weren't no constant distractions etc as they had an awesome last man standing some time ago

I'm all for trying to sell a story in a match but the rest of the card was so underwhelming with all the flat finishes and whatnot. And all out match could have saved this show for TNA.
