According to The Wrestling Observer, WWE reportedly has a "Moral Clause" in place for talents, and the company directive states anyone wishing to sign with WWE who has any publicly inappropriate photos or videos will not be featured as an on-air performer.

How this could potentially affect Hulk Hogan working with WWE is unknown at this time, as he of course has a sex tape that was the subject of much public scrutiny and exposition.

There may be a double standard in play, however, as it pertains to Hogan, as WWE might very well be willing to overlook his sex tape due to his star power, combined with the fact that Hogan did not willingly participate in the tape, and was being filmed unknowingly.

All the ones that did Playboy left WWE anyway because they thought they could be stars without the company, so I doubt WWE could be wanting them back regardless.

The only one I could see them wanting to return is Sable, purely for the Hall of Fame sometime.
