For the record, official rule on claiming superstars as managers: Another person can still sign them as an active wrestler, they'll just be working double duty (and they can't be used to wrestle on the originally claimed brand). You can also change them to become an active wrestler but then would have to drop someone at that point if your roster is up to 69. Claiming a superstar as a manager means you won't be using them as a wrestler outside of a rare one-off PPV match they get involved in (allowed once a year) and they don't count towards your roster total.
