| It's actually very possible we could see a Snoopz/Abdel Championship because there's no way they can face off in the 2nd round. It just comes down to if they can both win 2 games in the playoffs |

| 1. Merlin Olsen Twins [Saintpat] (10-3) vs. 8. The Romie Resurgence [TJ] (7-6) - Twins 2. Attitude City Ninjas [Snoopz] (10-3) vs. 7. Clown Town Bliggas [Burdur] (7-6) - Ninjas 3. Pretty Ponies [Drachen] (9-4) vs. 6. Cairo Cardinals [Abdel] (7-5-1) - Ponies 4. The BarnCows [Caleb] (9-4) vs. 5. Ball Fondlers [JHalc] (10-3) - BarnCows
If it wasn't for the Hunt situation, I'd have went for JHalc over Caleb. Kirk, now, doesn't help, as well. |

| 1. Merlin Olsen Twins vs. Romie Resurgence -Now, I’m not sure if you guys know this or not, but Pat has a pretty good team. Borderline embarrassing for the rest of us that he has Michael Thomas, Davante Adams, and Christian McCaffrey in a 16-team league. I think TJ actually shows up pretty strong, but Pat comes away with a very high score this week and wins comfortably. Merlin Olsen Twins +14
2. Attitude City Ninjas vs. Clown Town Bliggas -This is a tough break for Snoopz, who just lost James Conner late in the last game. While that is a big blow, he still has Hopkins and Mahomie who can carry a big workload for him, and other solid contributors who should show well. That said, I believe Burdur has a better team top-to-bottom And is about to have monster games from Brees and AB. I see this one being the closest of the first round match-ups, but Burdur’s depth added to the James Conner injury is enough to give him the edge. Clown Town Bliggas +3.5
3. Pretty Ponies vs. Cairo Cardinals -With all due respect to Abdel, it is astounding he managed to grab the 6th seed while being 12th in scoring. Drachen’s team seems to have been a bit inconsistent the second half of the season but he still has some big playmakers capable of exploding. Gurley is going to get his, and *at least* one of Matt Ryan, Theilen, or Juju is going to show out strong. Drachen rolls. Pretty Ponies +22.5
4. The BarnCows vs. Ball Fondlers -The loss of Kareem Hunt, and now Christian Kirk, quite frankly sucks for JHalc. But don’t be fooled; he’s still well in the championship hunt. Roethlisberger has a JUICY match-up against the Raiders, and Tyreek Hill, Robert Woods, and Zach Ertz all have gigantic boom potential. My players have big boom potential as well, but also a better chance of big busts with players like Cohen, Jimmy Graham, and Amari Cooper. This should be a nail biter as it culminated on Sunday night where it will be 2v2 with Trubisky and Cohen going against Woods and Zuerlein. If the score is within a few points heading into that game, it’s a coin flip. Still, I have to take myself in this one as I don’t see Lindsay slowing down, and I expect a much better performance out of my WRs after Julio’s total dud. BarnCows +5
SemiFinals: #1 Merlin Olsen Twins vs. #7 Clown Town Bliggas #3 Pretty Ponies vs. #4 BarnCows |

| Either Drachen wins instead of the boring dude who is most likely to win or I get $100. It's win-win. Except for the part where I pay $100 if I lose, but semantics. |

Except for the part where I pay $100 if I lose, but semantics. Hey now! What’s boring about me? I should lose for not starting Derrick Henry. And if I had started him, I should have been awarded the championship just off his performance (and having the minerals to start him) — now I’ll start him next week (if Dalvin Cook doesn’t pull off a miracle tonight) and he’ll lay an egg and Courtland Sutton will score 4 TDS. SMFH. |

| #1 Merlin Olsen Twins vs Clown Town Bliggas -With the optimal line up, Pat could have finished last week with 179.0 points, which I believe shatters the ‘new era’ points record. Pat’s team is outright loaded. While we can’t expect Kittle and Henry to show out like that again, Goff is going to have a big bounce back in a shoot-out with the Eagles, and Pat has many match-up-proof players in McCaffrey, Adams, and usually Michael Thomas. Despite a decent run as of late, Burdur has underprojected his last three weeks in a row, and if he can’t reach his projection this week, 101, expect a bood bath. Merlin Olsen Twins -42.5
#2 Pretty Ponies vs. #4 BarnCows -This has the look of a tight, tight match-up. Apparently yahoo thinks so too with a 111.03-110.87 projection. Our QBs and WRs seem to be a relative wash, and although I have more RB depth, he has Todd f’ing Gurley who is a threat each week for a multiple TD game. I have the TE advantage, he has the clean defensive advantage. Kickers are always very unpredictable so we’ll call that one a wash. I have outscored Drachen for seven straight weeks now, which really lowers my confidence heading into this one. I feel like it’s about time for a big underperformance on my part. I think the key here is at QB and TE. Matt Ryan faces a very underrated Cardinals defense, and Trubisky gets a game against rival Packers, who did well at holding him in check week 1. At TE, Kelce should get him, but Njoku faces a Broncos defense who just allowed Kittle to bludgeon them. I think my palms are going to be sweaty every time Lutz goes to kick the ball Monday night. BarnCows -2
Meanwhile, TJ and JHalc win in the Consos to set up a 5th place match.

I know I’m gonna lose that half point when Yahoo refreshes, but my final score tonight was 120.5-74. Damn. |
