REC and Quarantine are the same movie. REC came first and is done in Spanish. Quarantine is the American remake of it. However, being a remake, they're pretty much identical. I don't know if the dialogue is 100% accurate, but all the events are pretty much the same thing. And of course, the actors are different.
REC 2 and Quarantine 2 are nothing alike though. REC 2 continues the story of REC 1 and Quarantine 1. Quarantine 2 is... somewhere completely different and I refuse to watch it because it looks god-awful terrible.

I just checked on it. There is a somewhat major, but not really, difference. I'll put it in a spoiler in case you haven't seen either movie.
Spoiler:
The "major" difference is in the dialogue. REC makes it seem like a demonic possession thing, whereas Quarantine makes it seems like rabies. That's it. REC 2 follows this up because it is about demonic possessions. So in other words, Quarantine takes out the religious aspects. That's it. Other than that, besides actors, it's essentially the same movie. (Although Quarantine adds some more kills to the infected people.)

Haha Well I usually don't like those "Documentary, I have a camera and for some reason weird shit happens to me" type of movies like Blair Witch or PA, but this one was fairly good IMO.

I'll take your word for it and check it out in the future. I have never seen Blair Witch, but I refuse to. It looks terrible. And if PA stands for Paranormal Activity, then that's more of a comedy than a horror.

Yes/No.
Someone can't really confuse Shade with Samuel.
But if they're using Samael's persona, it makes sense. It doesn't bother me if someone calls him Samuel. An easy solution: Sam or Sammy.
Even when I did match posts as Samael, I sometimes typed Samuel.
