Idk if it's available in Alaska, but have you ever used GameFly? The one here is complete garbage with this type of shit. I've had so many games arrive that didn't work at all. I remember one game was legitimately hacked. Like, straight up hacked. When I loaded the game on my 3DS, it just had some gibberish pop up, including the name of some place that hacks 3DS games.
I can't remember any times receiving a broken game from GameStop, but I do know they heavily ripped me off for my Wii U. I was supposed to get $150 for it but they cut the price in half because it had some slight wear. They're willing to give people half of an already cheap amount to buy that person's stuff because of slight wear that doesn't effect the performance, but game breaking scratches on discs is fine to sell to people.
