I finished Season 2 the other day. I enjoyed two more than Season 1. The episodes individually are better than the episodes from Season 1. But I also have to say Season 1 felt like a compete story. There wasn't any loose ends when it ended or at least you could watch it and think there wasn't. That's not true for Season 2. It felt more like a build up to a third season. And I don't think there might not even be one and that'll be really disappointing. But who knows the first one came out in 2012 and 3 years later two came out. So hopefully it'll happen.

So I enjoy the show. It's nothing must see. My friend didn't enjoyed while I enjoyed it a lot. It's cute and silly for the most part.

I don't know about the pacing. Obviously they're trying to stick to the story told in the manga but with the series that's over 25 books it's a lot to try to cover with less than the same amount of episodes. I think Season 2 is just 11. It's like watching a movie where you can tell it's probably based on a novel because they're trying to do too much for a movie.

My favorite character from Season 1 was Mizuki. I was disappointed he didn't really get to do anything in Season 2.

I really liked Akura-Ou and his story. He's someone we just seen in flashbacks in Season 1 but he's introduced as a character in two. At first I thought it was kinda dumb they brought him in but it ends up becoming interesting. I really wanted to know what's going to happen to him but I wasn't satisfied because they're keeping the ending of his story for Season 3. And if it doesn't happen I'd have to read the manga to find out. It's not the end of the world but to see what happens to him in the show would be nice.

The price is kinda high for a show you'd be just taking a chance on. It's almost $4 per episode and there's better deals out there.
