According to F4WOnline.com, there has been backstage talk in WWE of repackaging Wade Barrett and giving him a big push. Barrett has not been seen on WWE TV in over a month, and last wrestled Daniel Bryan in a losing effort.

NXT Title Playable in WWE 2K14?
The following has been re-tweeted on Twitter, seeming to indicate that the NXT Title will be playable in the upcoming WWE 2K14 video game:

It's like what... the 3rd or 4th time he's going to be repackaged?
He's a nice performer. Just get him a character to last for good.

I really liked the Fight Club-esque promos they were giving him not too long ago, when he came back with the Souvenir Elbow. I wish they'd done more with him in that direction.

You've really got to wonder what else they can do with the guy, though. The guy's talented, sure, but at some point it'll become next to impossible to get people invested in a guy with shifting gimmicks and no consistent theme song.

Now that they aren't actively trying to avoid anything that isn't kid friendly, maybe they can build up that Fight Club-esque character by making him a lot more brutal and actually threatening? And if they're giving him a big push, I will lose my shit (in rage) if he returns against someone like Yoshi Tatsu again.

Repackage? Hasn't this guy already had about 400 different themes or something? lol.
