I imagine he's referring to the Joe/Balor match. Balor/Joe had mentioned "The End" a couple of weeks ago during the contract signing for their steel cage match.

The name of the next special is called NXT TakeOver: The End. It's meant to signify the end of the Balor/Joe feud.
