The Kardashian family allegedly leaked the news of Blac Chyna's pregnacy to promote their reality show, according to sources.

Chyna's relationship with Rob Kardashian has not gone down well within the Kardashian family, and a source told Mail Online: "She had that moment stolen from her."

The model's representative claims she was pressured into making the announcement earlier than intended after the story was leaked to the media. The couple had planned to make the announcment on Mother's Day in the US (May 8), but a source said that the news was broken because Rob is starring in an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians this Sunday.

A rep told JustJared: ‘She would have preferred to have announced it on Mother’s Day herself, but her hand was forced. Allegedly the other half of her family leaked her story so she had to announce it.

‘The only people that knew from Chyna’s side was myself and Amber [Rose]. Her mother didn’t even know. [Chyna’s] moment was taken from her, which is really sad… It’s the business. There’s a TV show to promote.’

The child will be Chyna's second - she also shares three-year-old son King Cairo with her ex-fiance, rapper Tyga, who is now in a relationship with Rob's half-sister, Kylie Jenner.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan has remained silent over the pregnancy shocker so far, which comes as Rob's sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe enjoy a vacation in Cuba.

Ironically, the news of the couple's engagement also hit headlines while the rest of the family was on a break in Vail, Colorado.

Meanwhile, the mum-to-be's mother, Tokyo Toni, is cooing about the fact she's set to be a grandma again.

She took to social media on Friday (06May16) and wrote: "I just got off the phone with my daughter, Blac Chyna, and son-in-law-to-be Rob. Congratulations, guys. They told me 'You're about to be a grandma.' I'm super excited for them, and I cannot wait for this new addition to the family."

She later added: "As well, I'd like to congratulate the other side of the family, which are the Kardashians and the Jenners. Congratulations guys, we're having a baby."
