| Adam Rose posted the following image on his Twitter account of his doctor’s letter he previously said he would share, stemming from his recent WWE suspension.
Rose maintained he did nothing wrong, and spoke out against the suspension, saying his doctor was “shocked and appaled” and would post his reponse.
The text reads:
4/22/16
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter on behalf of Adam Rose (Ray Leppan – D.O.B. 7/20/79), whom i have treated since 4/20/15. He has chronic signs and symptoms of ADHD, determined through a very thorough psychiatric exam on 4/30/15. He takes Aderall XR, which is an FDA-approved treatment for ADHD, and we have followed all standard of care protocols during his treatment, which has gone very well. He takes his medication as prescribed, and he is compliant with my treatment recommendations.
Sincerely,
Charles DeVine, M.D.

| To be fair it doesnt matter if he has a doctors note, it's on WWE to make an exemption for him to continue using whatever hes using, even if they do such a thing. Its the same way in baseball, if you're using Adderall you have to get a medical exemption from MLB because it's on their banned substances list. If he had one from them last year and didnt follow up this year, that's honestly on him. |

| ^ "He takes his medication as perscribed." Which means he gets that prescription on a period basis. Which means when he takes them, he has the prescription. Which means WWE has known of the situation for quite sometime and someone just forgot about it.
"Suspending" an athlete without knowing why they were taking said medication is a bit of a douche move, especially by being vague about it. "Went against wellness policy."
I wonder if they ever went through in knowing on what, how and why that happened? |

| It doesn't matter if you're taking it as prescribed, if it's on the banned list and you're capable of getting a medical exemption for it so you DONT get suspended while being tested, you're in the clear.
Like I said, MLB gives its players medical exemptions for things like this every year and if you for some reason don't ask for an extension, you'll fall victim to their drug policy. IF WWE has something like that in place where you'd have to go to them yearly, then it's up to Rose to follow up with them.
Also Adderall? Can be used as a PED. So there's that. |

According to pwinsider.com, Adam Rose pulled all of his social media posts about his WWE Wellness Policy suspension. The posts were removed overnight. Rose was suspended for 60 days, his second violation of the company’s policy, which he claimed was not right because he would provide doctor’s proof that he was on medication and taking it properly. Rose also posted a note from his doctor, which stated that Rose takes medication for chronic ADHD symptoms. |
