A judge has dismissed the lawsuit that music producer Anthony Dash had filed against WWE and Floyd Mayweather. Dash had accused WWE and Mayweather of using, without permission, one of the beats he created. The song featuring his beats was used during WrestleMania 24.

The judge wasn't shown enough evidence to prove WWE and Mayweather benefited financially from the song, and thus, dismissed the suit.

Dash was suing for $150,000.
