– Hulk Hogan appeared on the Today Show this morning to discuss his recent civil suit victory against Gawker. Hogan fells that despite the money being a big factor, he feels that his mission was accomplished and he hopes others will stay away from such journalism. He was relieved that he jury valued privacy so much and voted his way. The most difficult thing for him had to deal with his fans who discovered the tape. He knows he will be naked forever on the Internet, and hopes that children will not search and find the sex tape first. The feeling will never go away. He has no relationship with Bubba; they were together when his father died and he thought there was something real there. He had a hard time dealing with the fact that Bubba could do this to him. Hogan takes accountability here, he is responsible for his actions, he felt something was wrong that night but he was at an all time low. In regards to the racist remarks, he says he bottomed out, he is not a racist; “Some of my best friends are Afro American, I got remarried a few years ago and my minister is Afro American, I go to a predominantly black church, some of my best friends are Afro American.” He adds it was a horrible mistake; he never should have used the word and will have to live with it.
