The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting Randy Orton may miss even more in-ring time after learning he will need another surgery.

Orton, who is currently sidelined with a shoulder injury, will also have to have a neck surgery, which would be scheduled after his shoulder heals from that procedure. It’s said Orton’s neck isn’t believed to be as serious, and should be a routine procedure to clean out bone chips in his neck. There’s a small possibility he could have more damage that would require a fusion surgery, but it’s not expected to be the case.

Randy Orton could be sidelined anywhere from three to six months after the scheduled neck surgery, which wouldn’t take place until doctors deem he recovered enough from his shoulder surgery.
