Have patience. Too many times they go in way too strong with a superstar or gimmick/storyline idea and then burn themselves out on whatever/whoever it is and then it's restart mode or they scrap it entirely.

That's generic and obviously easier said than done as patience will often come across as "boring" or "not doing enough" to the audience. But still, effectively having patience with their ideas is the simple fix.

Better to work your way up with an idea than work your way down after a good/impactful start.

Enough with wrestlers joining the announce team during a match when the person they are feuded with is wrestling. and if they are going be by ring side or on the stage, have them some way cost the person they are feuding with the match.

limit the DQ finishes.

enough with feuds just being match after match after match, with no segments or interviews.

no more scripted promos. You can give wrestlers bullet points of what they need to get across, but let them have more control of what they say.

don't give away big key matches on free tv, unless something happens to advance the story.

limit the big spots on free TV.

Tag team feuds, divas feuds all have stories and reasons behind them just like with the single feuds.

Diva's division is rebranded as the Women's division

both women's and Tag team divisions get newly designed championship belts. death to the butterfly and penny belts

enough of the part timers, build newer stars.

give just debuting characters and wrestler more time to get themselves over. don't give up on them after two fucking weeks.
