PWInsider.com is reporting TNA star Bram is set to appear in court next Monday, September 21st, in relation to his recent arrest. The court hearing is reported to address a no contact order Bram (real name Thomas Latimer) has against him, barring him from contacting the victim in the case.

Bram was arrested last month and charged with felony domestic battery and false imprisonment after a dispute with his girlfriend. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and is still suspended from all TNA sanctioned events.
