EC3. Too much charisma to not have as a top heel on your roster.

EC3 is a midcard act that became a TNA main event guy because no one else really has hype in that company.

Jay Lethal is a top notch wrestler. He's great in the ring and after he joined The House of Truth and turned heel he became super entertaining with his promos. He carried himself as a main event guy holding The ROH World Television Title. ROH tried to do the same thing with Matt Taven as ROH World Television Champion and it didn't work. Lethal made it work and carried himself great.
