An unusual story is developing late Thursday night, as WWE has seemingly completely disassociated itself from WWE Hall Of Famer Hulk Hogan.

Hogan has been pulled from WWE.com completely, he is no longer listed as a judge on Tough Enough, and all of his merchandise links have been removed from WWE's online store.

The only Hogan related link remaining on WWE's website is him being advertised for the Australia Tour in which he is scheduled to be General Manager at. However when you click the link it takes you to a page saying you are not authorized to access this page.

In what might be a reaction to all this, Hogan tweeted the following

"In the storm I release control, God and his universe will sail me where he wants me to be, one love. HH"

If he's sailed back to TNA, I riot <_<

Reports online claim that the reason behind the scrubbing of Hulk Hogan is an audio clip from an interview that’s surfaced online. The radio interview occurred back in October 2012, and featured Hogan on DJ Whoo Kid’s radio show Whoolywood Shuffle, which aired on Eminem’s Sirius XM hip-hop channel Shade 45.

During the interview, host DJ Whoo Kid brought up how Hulk Hogan has a history of calling everyone “brother,” and the conversation then segued into the infamous moment when Booker T called Hulkster a “nigger” on live TV.

“Well, Booker T used to do that to me, and every time I pull up YouTube there’s that famous thing with Booker T and his brother is there and they’re all talking trash, and Booker T says, ‘I’m coming for ya Hogan, you nigger’—and not ‘nigga,’ he goes ‘nigger,’” Hogan told DJ Whoo Kid.

Hogan then recounted his time living in Miami, and all the rappers he’d bump into like The Game, Lil Wayne, etc.

“And it’s still so cool, because the whole time I was down in Miami when I lived there, you know, everybody—I’d walk into the [DJ] booth and all of a sudden I’d bump into this guy and The Game’s in the booth, it’s all black and he’s got his BlackBerry, and I bump into him and he goes, ‘What’s up, nigga?’ and I said, ‘Oh, excuse me, bro!’ And he says, ‘No, it’s all cool,’” said Hogan.

He continued: “And everybody down there—Lil Wayne, Birdman—they’re all calling me ‘nigga,’ and then I started sayin’ it. And I always said it, but now all of a sudden I get heat when I say it, and they say, ‘Hogan, you can’t say that,’ so I say, ‘Why can they say it to me then?’”

Other sources, however, claim that the controversial audio that got Hogan scrubbed is in addition to the radio interview. The WWE has not yet responded to requests for comment, and has yet to officially confirm the reason for erasing Hogan from their websites.

Of course, it would be a bit hypocritical for the WWE to be offended by Hulk Hogan’s boneheaded comments when you consider that its CEO, Vince McMahon, once called wrestler John Cena the N-word right in front of Booker T, who then turned to his girlfriend and said, “Tell me he did not just say that.”

And the article was edited... when I first read it, it said something about how he called The Rock a "half-breed nigger" and how he hated wrestling anyone that wasn't white. But they edited it and that part is gone. (I read the article, closed it out, but then decided to share it with you guys)

UPDATE:

New details have been released about the situation. According to National Enquirer, Hogan made racist remarks about African Americans by calling the worst name possible.

According to the report, Hogan made those comments in his sex tape that was made and released a few years ago.

“She is making some real bad decisions now,” Hulk said. “My daughter Brooke jumped sides on me. I spent $2-3 million on her music career, I’ve done everything like a jackass for her.”

“I don’t know if Brooke was f*cking the black guy’s son,” Hulk raved, the sources add.

“I mean, I don’t have double standards. I mean, I am a racist, to a point, f*cking n*ggers. But then when it comes to nice people and sh*t, and whatever.”

“I mean, I’d rather if she was going to f*ck some n*gger, I’d rather have her marry an 8-foot-tall n*gger worth a hundred million dollars! Like a basketball player!

“I guess we’re all a little racist. Fucking n*gger.”

- WWE issued the following statement on Hulk Hogan, to Jimmy Traina of FOX Sports:

“WWE terminated its contract with Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan). WWE is committed to embracing and celebrating individuals from all backgrounds as demonstrated by the diversity of our employees, performers and fans worldwide.”

As noted, The National Enquirer and RadarOnline revealed Hogan’s racist comments made to Heather Clem, the same woman he was secretly filmed having sex with in 2012, about his daughter Brooke dating a black man. WWE has removed all mentions of Hogan, have pulled him from Tough Enough and are no longer selling his merchandise.

Update 2x: WWE found out about the comments last night and made the decision to fire Hogan right away thus removing all mention of him on WWE.com. Due to the late hours, WWE PR held off on issuing a statement until Friday morning.

Hulk Hogan made his official statement about being released by WWE to People.com:

“Eight years ago I used offensive language during a conversation. It was unacceptable for me to have used that offensive language; there is no excuse for it; and I apologize for having done it.”

“This is not who I am. I believe very strongly that every person in the world is important and should not be treated differently based on race, gender, orientation, religious beliefs or otherwise. I am disappointed with myself that I used language that is offensive and inconsistent with my own beliefs.”

Booker T, who infamously said that N-word on an episode of WCW Monday Nitro in the 90’s took to Twitter on Friday afternoon to comment on the Hulk Hogan situation. Check out his tweets down below:

Hulk Hogan’s attorney, David Houston, claimed in a statement to E! that Hogan chose to resign from WWE.

WWE issued an official statement this morning claiming that they terminated his contract.

Daniel Bryan spoke with Monkey Fighting Robots.com to promote his new book this morning. Bryan commented on the Hulk Hogan situation, which you can read down below:

“I think anybody who’s in the public eye should consider themselves as potentially a role model. Regardless of whether you want to be one or not kids are looking at you. I take that responsibility very seriously. I think a lot of people within the WWE do, because we have so many kids watching our product and I think that is one of the highest priorities for me,” said Bryan.

Dennis Rodman Says That Hulk Hogan Doesn’t Have A Racist Bone In His Body

The friendship between WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan and former NBA star Dennis Rodman goes back to the 1990’s.

When Hogan admitted today that he made racist remarks in a sex tape that was released a few years back, Rodman took to Twitter to defend his friend, who claims that Hogan is not a racist.
