Vince McMahon isn't the problem, Kevin Dunn is.
Dunn is the reason for the shows all looking the same. Dunn is the reason for the below average women's wrestling. Dunn is the reason for over-sexualized angles in the women's division. He is in Vince's ear making all the wrong calls. The only positive thing he has done is make the shows look good(albeit all the same.) I would argue that this business WON'T be better when Vince is gone solely because Vince will be done, the business will be better when Kevin Dunn is gone, and it might just take Vince being gone for that to happen.

If Vince wanted something to be change he'd change it. I'm not sure how happy McMahon is with Dunn but he feels the need to keep him employed forever since his dad save the tape library or whatever.

I don't disagree. But I just don't think Vince is as big of a part of the problem as people claim he is.

Vince McMahon is the one who's re-writing scripts all the time though, and has the final say on angles. Kevin Dunn should have no influence on the actual product because he's just a television producer.

Yeah, from everything I've heard Dunn is constantly in Vince's ear, so a lot of Vince's opinions are influenced heavily by him. Not that I have any kind of inside track, or anything, but that's the narrative I've heard.
