I read an article on RoughKut that made some very valid points about the duties the different levels of people have in an eFed. From that article I made this:

Handles
-Post Matches by Deadline
-Push Character through Storylines and Angles
-Make GM Team aware of when breaks are needed
-Contribute to the OOC

GM Team
-Help Maintain Fed(They have their own topic in the GM room regarding this, so I'm not going to go into detail here)

Head GM
-Let staff know their responsibilities
-Advertise(Facebook Groups, Twitter, Forums, Podcasts, ect)
-Be Unbiased in every decision made
-Book angles through the help of fedders
-Compile Results
-Grade Matches
-Give the Members the best experience possible
-Resolve Conflits

How do you guys feel about this? Do you feel there are things that are unreasonable on here or that should be added on? How am I doing with my responsibilities?

brah that's not duties that's just common sense, though I think you should advertise more and not only you, everyone who can advertise SHOULD advertise.

I've been doing my best to get the advertising ball rolling but I'm so busy with some RL stuff. I've got a couple of podcasts booked right now and I'm working on getting the Twitter out to as many people as possible!

This seems like something a promo fed would do?

I say this because according to this the Head GM is the one who grades matches and that's it? So what happens to your matches, Greg?

I don't like this. Now, if you want to assign duties, I'm fine with that. But there's certain things we should all be doing and that is voting on matches. That's always been one of the most difficult things here. All GMs should vote.

This wasn't meant to be a cut and dry "only these people do this" it was merely what I saw from the article and transposing it a little bit to here. Merely an interesting article that I read that I wanted to show over here.

EDIT: It was an opinion article as well, so this isn't like me trying to enact some new law. Just notes from an opinion article that I thought was reasonable.

I agree all GMs should vote, however I also agree that one GM voting would make it a lot easier for the fedders to see what they're looking for in a match. Sometimes when I write, I have no idea who is grading my match so it makes it harder to write it.

All GMs grade as needed. Again, I didn't mean for it to sound like just the Head GM grades, I wasn't even thinking about it like that when I did the write up.

Also, we have a "Grading Standards" thread in the GM Room that all GM's should be using to grade the matches.
