As noted, WWE’s NXT brand taped several episodes of television shows at Full Sail University, set to air over the next several weeks on the WWE Network.

Some of the notes coming out of the show were Eva Marie will be facing KC Cassidy in her (Eva) debut match on NXT. Cassidy was an Australian wrestler signed to WWE back in April of this year.

In addition, new NXT addition Samoa Joe debuted a new theme song at tonight’s tapings. Joe will walk out to the new tune, his second in NXT, on next Wednesday’s WWE NXT episode, where he will be in action against Mike Rallis.

Finally, the dark match before tonight’s television tapings saw Lina Fanene defeat Jasmin Areebi, another woman from the group of recruit class in April. Fanene, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s cousin, was said to have used a Uranage side slam similar to The Rock Bottom in her match.
