WWE Superstar Tyson Kidd posted a scary stat about his injury on Twitter this week, claiming that only 5% of people survive what he went through. Kidd will be out of action for at least a year, and that estimate was given prior to surgery; there have been rumors that he may never wrestle again.

Kind of, though I'd say it's more of a fluke than anything like the Muscle Buster is dangerous. I mean, it's not like it's the Styles Clash or Piledriver and has a history of injuries behind it and Joe's known to be a pretty safe worker (he's stiff but still pretty safe). I'd say it's just a fluke. The last move Pedro Aguayo, Jr. took was a dropkick from Rey but most people don't say the dropkick is dangerous and potentially fatal, y'know?
