TRN Wrestling Begins Regular Live Broadcasts

Wednesdays 5-7 pm On Lumpen Radio

It’s official, TRN Wrestling will begin broadcasting out of the Lumpen Radio Studio in Bridgeport, Chicago, IL every Wednesday from 5-7 pm starting TONIGHT! (June 10, 2015) Available to stream at LumpenRadio.com.

Less than one week ago web radio station Lumpen Radio hit it’s Kickstarter goal of $25,000 to formally launch WLPN 105.5 FM in Chicago. This brand new, terrestrial radio station will begin broadcasting live sometime in late-July 2015. Along with it’s launch, TRN Wrestling will become the only pro wrestling show available on terrestrial radio in Chicago!

TRN Wrestling’s live, two hour show on Lumpen Radio will be filled to the brim with content for pro wrestling fans of all ages to enjoy. Including reviews of the past week’s major pro wrestling shows, news of the week, interviews with some of the brightest Superstars in the business and appearances from some of Chicago’s best comedians and entertainers.

Each episode of TRN Wrestling is hosted by Chicago area comedian and pro wrestling personality, Nick Hausman, and will be regularly co-hosted by singer/songwriter/entertainer, Ross W Berman. Each week they will be joined by a rotating cast of entertaining characters from around the world of pro wrestling.

Tonight’s debut episode will feature a pre-recorded, thirty minute interview with Juggalo Championship Wrestling’s World Champion, The Weedman. The Weedman chats candidly about working for the ICP, The Gathering, death matches, Colt Cabana and more.

Joining Nick & Ross in-studio will be Freelance Wrestling’s “Marvelous” Matt Knicks. Knicks will be chatting about this Friday’s Freelance Wrestling one-year anniversary show, Freelance Wrestling vs The World, at the Abbey Pub.

Wednesday night’s have become THE night for pro wrestling fans on TV in the United States. Starting at 7 pm CST you can catch WWE NXT on the WWE Network, Lucha Underground of El Rey and the ROH/iMpact Wrestling “One Two Punch” on Destination America. TRN Wrestling is very excited to be the lead-in for such a fun night for pro wrestling fans.
