I was thinking about this for awhile, who is WWE's current most underrated wrestler. Hands down right now, it has to be the Miz. Anytime someone is in a feud with Miz, it is a legit actual wrestling feud. Not this match after match after match crap. He does promos, interview, segments, and his feuds are always feature like it's a big deal. Whoever is in a feud with Miz will get spotlighted and they come out better for it. When Miz is a champion the title he holds seems to matter, because Miz is featured like he matters so his title matters.

Miz as a character is one of the best characters in WWE. He is a great talker, his face expressions are always on key. He can play mean, funny, serious, evil, and cowardly. What the right tone of voice he should use. He is also one of their best heels, he always gets the right reaction.

he is also a good worker in the ring. he may not be on the level of Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, Tyson Kidd, Sami Zayn, ect ect, but he doesn't need to be and not everyone should be. I mean Wrestling isn't Wrestling you know. Miz's matches are usually very good matches and or never dull.

To me Miz might be WWE's most valuable player.

I get why Miz is so low on the the card. WWE will push a guy hard then not like something about him and just give up. I'm not sure that's what happened with The Miz.

I don't think he's WWE's MVP though.

If we kind of make this like Basketball, Miz isn't the type of MVP that scores the most in the game. He is the mvp that passes at the right moments, rebounds, and sets up other guys to score.

No doubt Miz is good, but put it this way; if he wasn't on the roster, would anybody notice? I don't think so.

I wouldn't say he's the MVP, but I do believe he's the most underrated wrestler currently in the WWE. His mic skills are among the best in the company, as a heel, and he's good in the ring.

ok maybe MVP might be taking it too far. But he is still very underrated

Yeah I see him as like Joakim Noah on the Bulls or something (for those who watch NBA). Not exactly an MVP candidate ever but an extremely important player to his team... very under-appreciated by a lot of people but fans start to see it after a while. He always makes a difference whether he's just playing hard defense and good team ball or whether he's stuffing the stat sheet with triple doubles and what not. When Noah is on his A-game, the team is so much better and he's been a crucial part to their success over the last few years.

The Miz is the same way with his feuds... he's a big benefit to WWE and those he's working with for how much he brings to the table in every single feud he's in. Mic skills on fleek (one of the best), ring skills (easily above average to say the least), and he draws heat so well and so much more.

Cesaro is the most underrated guy

Cesaro gets plenty of praise.

Maybe from WWE's part he's one of the more underrated guys but the fans don't underrate Cesaro at all.

As far as underused by the company is Dean Ambrose, I hope he wins the MITB briefcase this year, he has grown in popularity and is an awesome character. Shield triple threat for WWE WHC please!

I completely agree. I've been a fan of The Miz since his ECW days. In the Championship Scramble match for the ECW title at Unforgiven, I was rooting for The Miz. I thought he had the coolest look and I loved his attitude. He was my favorite ECW superstar and when he joined RAW and split from The Dirt Sheet, I saw a lot of potential with this guy. Turns out I saw potential in the right guy considering he main evented WrestleMania with John Cena. He really comes across as a jerk not only as a heel but in real life, a lot of people hate him legitimately and that's why I think he's underrated. He's one of the best talkers on the roster next to Cena, Ambrose, etc.

Honestly I think Cody Rhodes is one of the most underrated guys on the roster. He has taken every gimmick he's been given and done well. I like him more than guys like Ziggler, Harper, Barret tbh.

I believe Steph once called Miz a utility during his face run. You know, the guy who makes appearances for WWE and stuff.
