Following the death of Perro Aguayo Jr., Rey Mysterio is reportedly contemplating retiring from wrestling. Rey Bucanero recently spoke with La Aficion, and stated that Mysterio is thinking about retiring. The Cubs Fan over at The Lucha Blog also reports that those who know Mysterio have indicated the same to him.

As previously reported, Perro Aguayo Jr passed away last Friday night during a match where he was tagging with TNA’s Manik. They were facing off with Rey Mysterio Jr and Extreme Tiger (TNA’s Tigre Uno) during a CRASH event in Tijuana.

F4WOnline.com has provided another update on the status of Rey Mysterio, who claims not only is he not thinking about retiring from pro wrestling, but that he never even spoke with CMLL star Rey Bucanero and has no idea where the rumor came from.
