Buffy the Vampire Slayer actor Nicholas Brendon has been arrested for the third time in six months.

The 43-year-old, who played Xander on the hit series, was reportedly intoxicated in a Florida hotel room, where he flipped a bed and smashed a mirror, according to reports.

The police report alleges that he caused between $200 and $1,000 in damage to his Hotel Duval room.

Brendon, who is also known for roles on Criminal Minds and Private Practice, was arrested last month on suspicion of grand theft and criminal mischief in, and he had previously been arrested in Idaho in October 2014 for malicious injury to property.

In 2010, he landed a suspended one-year jail sentence stemming from a incident for which he was charged with four misdemeanors, including battery against a police officer and vandalism. He went to rehab in 2004 and 2010.
