F4WOnline.com is reporting it was Sting’s voice used in the “Point of View” promo on RAW, but it was clearly altered.

The promo was apparently inspired by The Black Scorpion, WCW gimmick that debuted in 1990. The Black Scorpion character was played by several wrestlers while feuding with Sting, before it was ultimately revealed to be Ric Flair.

What is WWE doing? Did no one watch him while he was in TNA? It's not like he's bad at cutting promos anymore.
