PWInsider.com is reporting the backstage morale in TNA is already low since Samoa Joe left the company last week. Joe was seen as a locker room leader who was well received, and could rally the roster together.

Since announcing his return to Ring of Honor with a number of appearances, it’s been asked how long Joe will remain with the company. As of right now, Joe is signed to make a handful of appearances with ROH, and has a per appearance deal similar to Alberto El Patron (Alberto Del Rio).

Joe is said to still be negotiating with several companies, and although he could sign an exclusive deal with ROH in the future, nothing is in place right now. Joe has been reported to be in talks with AAA, Lucha Underground and New Japan Pro Wrestling, in addition to early discussions with WWE.

The only company that will probably treat him right is ROH.

New Japan could use a few fresh faces as well.

I would love to see him work ROH and Lucha Underground... though the idea of Joe in AAA is intriguing.
