I am confused as to what's going on. What Riley told Realt and Chilly doesn't match what I watched transpire.

Bottom line: If Riley doesn't want Snoopz on the GM team, he needs to say so. He can't drag him along as he did and then back out when someone asks him why he promoted him.

I don't know what Riley told Realt and Chilly, but I assume it has something to do with Chilly saying I blackmailed my way into the spot (which I didn't).

I want to emphasize this to Riley...

Make a fucking decision and stick to it. Don't try and save face with the people that disagree. Promote him or don't and live with the consequences. You have the admin team's full support.

Riley, I've been a supporter of giving you a chance for a long time. Don't pull shit like this and make yourself look bad. You can't promote people and them demote them right after for no reason. That's fucking ridiculous.

I was going to Reply to Snoopz's PM but since I see there is utter chaos as to what the situation is here, I'll just post it here instead.

What I told Chilly and Realt is not completely Bullcrap. Earlier on when I was in the Chat and this whole ordeal went on and Snoopz asked if he could rejoin at first I was alittle hesitant. Because he did post something along the lines "If Riley doesn't promote me, I will go on all of my accounts on Twitter and badmouth him and the Site" - This is not Bullshit that I am making up as I know I did see this. I don't want anyone to badmouth the Site or Fed for that matter because this is a fun place to be in and be apart of. I just didn't want him to go on a Social Media Platform that has a ton of People on it to see that he wrote; "Don't join XWA because it sucks" or "The Admin Team on XWA don't know what they are doing.." So then I was thinking about if I should promote him or not. Not only was I am not sure about putting him back on the Team because of this but also, felt there wasn't really a need for him. I think the GM Team is as stable enough as it is with Myke helping around allot, I just thought that making the decision and adding another person to the Team is really not all that needed. Part of the reason I added Justin back to the Team was because I thought he would be beneficial and would be a great addition to the Team because he is a Solid grader.

So really in the end, this was all of my undoing and I should have thought this decision rather thoroughly and this is all of mine to blame.

I was kidding about the Twitter thing. I thought I had made that obvious, but sometimes sarcasm is lost through the internet. >.>
