A new report says that Star Wars Battlefront will span the entirety of the Star Wars saga to date. MakingStarWars.net reports that the game’s campaign will span all six films from The Phantom Menace through Return of the Jedi and will bring back Battlefront II’s “Hero Mode,” tweaking it to where players can temporarily control powerful characters by spending skill points.
The game will also include land-to-space battles in certain game modes and a sixty-four player online multiplayer experience. The game will get five DLC packs that will introduce new maps, characters and vehicles.
The game is expected to be unveiled this spring and release later in the year.
