Ring of Honor taped two shows this weekend as a part of their “Winter Warriors” tour in Dearborn, MI and Dayton, OH. Both events will be made available on ROHWrestling.com soon, and a few indicated matches were taped for television.

-Cheeseburger def. Stokely Hathaway with a palm strike in a pre-show match.

ROH World Championship Match

(1) Jay Briscoe (c) def. Michael Bennett to retain. Maria Kanellis and Matt Taven were out to cause some shenanigans.

(2) Hanson def. BJ Whitmer

(3) Tommaso Ciampa def. Tyson Dux

-Tadarius Thomas will be leaving pro wrestling to focus on a full-time career in MMA. His last two matches will be on this tour.

(4) Jimmy Jacobs def. Tadarius Thomas. This was TD’s “retirement match”.

(5) Matt Sydal def. Matt Taven

(6) Michael Elgin def. Mark Briscoe. Elgin used the Jay Driller for the win.

-Elgin beat down on Mark until Jay made the save. While the champ was checking on his brother, Elgin came back and took him out from behind with the title. Tommaso Ciampa and Hanson came out for a big brawl, which saw Briscoe get cut open bad.

(1) Will Ferrera def. The Romantic Touch

(2) Michael Elgin def. Chris Dickinson

(3) Michael Bennett & Tommaso Ciampa fought to a “No Contest”. Maria Kaneillis and Matt Taven got involved. The Kingdom decided they just didn’t want to fight anymore, and tried to leave. Hanson came out and stopped their exit, leading to a tag match.

(4) Hanson & Tommaso Ciampa def. Michael Bennett & Matt Taven.

(5) Jay Lethal & Jay Diesel def. Cheeseburger & Samson Walker

(6) BJ Whitmer & Jimmy Jacobs def. Flip Kendrick & Louis Lyndon

(7) Alberto El Patron def. Roderick Strong. This was said to be an incredible match, and both guys got a little bloody. Whitmer and Jacobs came out to attack Strong, but El Patron made the save, showing respect for the guy he just beat.

(8) The Briscoes def. ACH & Matt Sydal

-Moose came out and attacked all four guys after the match. Stokley Hathaway said Moose was going to be the next ROH World Champion. ACH was the only guy that came out of it and fought back Moose. That ends the show.
