Subject: ECW Originals, Sheamus Not Set For the Royal Rumble? Sun Jan 25, 2015 1:45 pm
- According to PWInsider (via WZ), it is unlikely that Sheamus or the ECW Originals will be in the Royal Rumble match. Sheamus is not scheduled to be in Philadelphia and Rob Van Dam is believed to be the only ECW name bring brought in.
The reason for the ECW move is that WWE officials don’t want some of the ECW guys receiving bigger reactions due to the Philly crowd than their regular Superstars. WWE executive Kevin Dunn is also not an ECW fan and doesn’t think it is important enough to pay tribute to in the Rumble.

Why do 90% of these articles sound like bullshit? Whether or not the ECW originals or Sheamus actually appear, the reasoning sounds like completely made up crap.

I'm not saying he doesn't, but there is no way anyone would accurately know for a fact that this is the reason. The article says it as if it's so factual without actually knowing.
